a. Activate application Program

To Activate application program, you can use icons spread on : 1.Desktop 2.Start Program

1. Activate program on Desktop Prosedure to activate program from icons on desktop is so easy, just double-click the icon.

For Example, in above example, we will activate Winamp program indicated by icon.

How to display icon of a program on desktop? Bagaimana cara menampilkan program pada desktop Follow following step : 1.Click Start Program 2.Select a program with icon will be sent to dekstop 3.Right click mouse on relevant program 4.Click send to 5.Click desktop (Create shortcut). 6.It will create new icon on dekstop

2. Activate program on Start Program in addition, you can also use Start Program. Procedure, click Start Program Click All Program that a series of Program names will appear as the following figure.

b. Instaling and Removing Program

For totally removing a program, we should use Control Pane. Procedure :
1. 2. 3. 4. Click Start Program Click Control Panel Next Display Double-click Add or Remove Program (or single click, then press Enter). 5. Select program by clicking that Remove button will appear on right side. 6. Click remove. 7. In general, a message asking whether we are sure to remove the program appears.

In general, application program can be distinguished into several type including, among other, as follows. :
1. Word Processor for example Notepad, Wordpad, Ms Word, Word perfect, Openoffice.org, Writter and Star Office. This kind program of program is used to create documents in form of writing, letters, brochure or other document
