The Local Government Unit ( LGU ) of San Joaquin, through the Bids and Awards Committee invites Suppliers duly registered with this office, to apply for eligibility and if subsequently found eligible, to bid for the procurement of Goods, viz:

Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last 2 years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/ Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria. Postqualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on February 20 February 22, 2011 . Bids must be delivered to the Local Government Unit of San Joaquin on or before February 28, 2011 Twenty (120) calendar days from the date of the opening of bids. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders authorized representatives who choose to attend. Letter of authorization will be submitted by each bidders representatives to the Bids and Awards Committee members before the opening of the sealed bids.

All particulars relative to Eligibility, Bid Bond, Performance Bond, Bid Evaluation and Award of Contract shall be governed by the provisions of R.A. No. 9184, series of 2003. The Local government Unit of San Joaquin reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
