can really help to achieve. Radio communication is another field of science and technology that I can do something at its best. In order to come up with a good radio communication system, let me present a proposal to evaluate your existing radio communication system. The result of the evaluation will give us a valid and reliable technical survey and will lead to recommendations and will strongly justify the upgrading if necessary. It will also give us an idea about the possible actions in order to achieve a modernized and reliable radio communication system. All information gathered is confidential and will be a sole property of the municipality of Calumpit and intended for the modernization and upgrading consumption only. WORKFLOW AND DETAILS OF THE PROJECT Step 1: Evaluation of the present condition of Charlie Base station. Data gathering about the status of its radio transceiver, power supply, antenna connectors, antenna cables, antenna mast, gay wires and other support. Output will be a collected data table and photographs. Step 2: Signal evaluation of the Charlie Base as it reach key locations of the municipality. Personnel will be deployed and signal strength will be recorded according to observation using a calibrated radio and various typical antenna used by your operatives. In this step, coordination with the local barangay officials is required as we gather information for each key location. A barangay representative will sign on the form that we will provide on order to justify our evaluation. Output is a statistical data based from the survey and an interpretation on how the radio signal of Charlie base reach the key locations and how Charlie base receive the signal in return. Step 3. Submission of written report about the findings, recommendation and proposal for the modernization of the Charlie Base radio station.
