A Day With The Simpsons
A Day With The Simpsons
Simpsons
Hi! I am Lisa
Simpson. Today, is
mothers’ day. Come
and see how my
family celebrate this
wonderful occasion.
What about
year 2007? Year 2

Year 2006 2005
I really hope that my
mother will like what I
have planned for her
on mothers’ day. She’s
really a great mother
to me.
Mothers’ day is
coming. I wonder
what the children
have planned for
me… I hope it’s
something sweet.
Let’s take her
to the Bird
No! I prefer
Park.
Sentosa.
Tsk, tsk
tsk…
Why bother? Why
make such a big fuss
out of mothers’ day?
Just buy her a cake.
What?! Just a
cake? No way!
Oh, well. We
will think of
something.
Now, I need to
complete my
homework. This is
very difficult. I
should ask for some
help from 5D pupils.

I am telling you this for the
last time… My suggestion for
the mothers’ day celebration
is better than yours.
But… I don’t
think so.
Stop fighting. I think the
best mothers’ day present
for your mother would be
behaving well and telling her
how much you appreciate all
that she has done for you. Be
it the smallest thing such like
cleaning your grazed knee or
even wiping your tears.
Dad made a
good point.
Yes. I’m going to
write mom a
letter telling her
how much I
appreciate her
cooking and that
she’s the bestest
mother in the
whole wide world.
On mothers’ day
after presenting
the gift…
Thank you for
whipping up a hearty
dinner, children. This
will be a memorable
mothers’ day for me.
