BALLOT INFORMATION
Question 1: CRYSTAL HILL ROAD - COUNTS MASSIE SOUTH ROAD PROJECT CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS A proposal to issue limited tax general obligation bonds under the Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 62 and the Local Government Bond Act of 1985, as amended, in the maximum principal amount of $3,235,000 to finance a portion of the costs to design, engineer, improve, construct, acquire and repair the existing Crystal Hill Road (resurface and widen a portion of the street within Maumelle City Limits) and Counts Massie South (resurface and widen a portion of the street within Maumelle City Limits) roadways to current Master Street Plan standards including, without limitation, sidewalks, bicycle paths, and utility relocations together with any necessary land acquisition and street, parking and drainage improvements therefor and paying the costs of issuance related thereto. FOR Crystal Hill Rd-Counts Massie South Project Bonds AGAINST Crystal Hill Rd-Counts Massie South Project Bonds Question 2: COUNTS MASSIE ROAD EXTENSION AND UTILITY EXTENSION PROJECT CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS A proposal to issue limited tax general obligation bonds under the Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 62, and the Local Government Bond Act of 1985, as amended, in the maximum principal amount of $9,830,000 to finance a portion of the costs to design, engineer, improve, construct, acquire and repair the existing Counts Massie Road (resurface and widen a portion of the street within Maumelle City Limits) to the current Master Street Plan standards together with the extension of water and sewer utilities, and a new alignment or construction of the roadway to connect to the proposed I-40 Interchange and connection to Short Marche Road including, without limitation, sidewalks, bicycle paths and utility relocations together with any necessary land acquisition and street, parking and drainage improvements therefor and paying the costs of issuance related thereto. FOR Counts Massie Rd and Utility Project Bonds AGAINST Counts Massie Rd and Utility Project Bonds Question 3: FIRE STATION PROJECT CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS A proposal to issue limited tax general obligation bonds under the Arkansas Constitution, Amendment 62 and the Local Government Bond Act of 1985, as amended, in the maximum principal amount of $2,480,000 to pay a portion of the costs to design, engineer, construct, acquire, equip and improve a new fire substation (Station 2) in Maumelle Response District 2 including, but not limited to, a new building, related parking improvements and landscaping, furniture, fixtures and miscellaneous furnishings, and any necessary land acquisition and equipment, and street, parking and drainage improvements therefor and paying the costs of issuance related thereto.
