Judge Irwin was the former Chief Judge for the States Administration and Management Court, former Superior Court Judge, Korean War Army Veteran and life long Medford resident. 09-012- Offered by Councillor Maiocco Be it resolved that the Medford City Council offer its sincere condolences to the family of Mrs. Muriel Murphy on her recent passing.
