Camuso, called the Third Regular Meeting of the Medford City Council to order at 7:00 P.M. at the Howard F. Alden Memorial Auditorium, Medford City Hall. ROLL CALL SALUTE TO THE FLAG RECORDS

MOTIONS, ORDERS AND RESOLUTIONS

14-029-Offered by Councillor Lungo-Koehn Be It Resolved that the appropriate City Department update the council on the "Mandatory home inspections" that will be taken place. 14-033-Offered by Councillor Knight Be It Resolved the Medford City Council discuss the Real Property Inspection Program.

14-030- Offered by Councillor Lungo-Koehn Be It Resolved that the City Department Heads forward the City Council a list of goals for 2014. As discussed at the City Council's committee of the whole meeting on goals, it would be nice to see what each departments would like to see changed and improved on, such as an inter-departmental e-mail system for the Medford Fire department. 14-031- Offered by Councillor Lungo-Koehn Be It Resolved that the City Council comment on how well the snow removal went during this past storm. As a councilor I saw and heard much improvement over the first storm and I hope that the good work keeps up. 14-032-Offered by Councillor Knight Be It Resolved the Medford City Council congratulate MHS student-athlete Marissa Williams on scoring her 100th career point for the Lady Mustang's Varsity Hockey team. 14-036-Offered by Vice President Caraviello Be It Resolved the council offer condolences to the family of Terry Leto on her recent passing. Terry was a lifetime Medford resident and the Grandmother of Medford Patrolman Charles Hartnett. 14-037-Offered by Councillor Penta Be It Resolved that this being the second request since early December that the City administration did not respond to, that our public Works director and Jack Buckley and the paid outside architect for the new DPW building appear before the council to give us an update on the $12 million dollar DPW building and its working operations. 14-038-Offered by Councillor Penta Be It Resolved that the city administration appear before the council and provide an update as to the contaminated soil location in the West Medford parking lot 14-039-Offered by Councillor Penta Be It Resolved that the matter regarding the long overdue report on the Craddock bridge be discussed
