Maiocco called the Twenty-eighth regular Meeting of the Medford City Council to order at 7:00 P.M. at the Howard F. Alden Memorial Auditorium, Medford City Hall.

The Records of the Twenty-seventh regular Meeting of September 21, 2010 were passed to Councillor Marks. MOTION, ORDERS AND RESOLUTIONS 10-606-Offered by Councillor Penta Be it Resolved under what legal authority does the Mayor have to transfer monies from the cable account to the citys budget without informing or a vote by the council. 10-607- Offered by Councillor Penta Be it Resolved that the Condon Shell revised parking lot be discussed as to its cost, usefulness, use and public safety. 10-608-Offered by Councillor Penta Be it Resolved that the cost effectiveness and multi million dollar expenditure of the new proposed parking garage off Governors Avenue be discussed further. 10-609- Offered by Councillor Penta Be it Resolved that the Mayors new trash program has yet to address city wide issues, legal and otherwise, how then can he be starting a November 1 st start date. 1

Ms. Silviera suffered injuries to neck, shoulders, back, bilateral trapezius strain and headaches. She was treated at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital and was out of work for four weeks.
