(will ask vendor) show parking and restroom plans (in budget) food inspector(will ask vendors) provide number of guests for security purposes-expecting 200-300 guests temporary liability insurance (in budget) Overview of Event: Participating local restaurants will set up booths around the park, each offering a unique appetizer or small food item. Each item will be paid for with one ticket.

Attendees will pay a $15.00 entry fee which will include three food tickets. Each additional ticket purchased will be $3.00. Every booth will have a jar to collect tickets and at the end of the event, tickets will be counted and restaurants will receive $1.00 per ticket collected, with the other $2.00 going to SOTRU. Wristbands will be given to each person at entry. Alcohol and other drinks will be paid for separately with cash. Suggesting to drink vendors some kind of profit split. SOTRU staff and Al will set up tent and be present at event to mingle with people from the community. Donation forms should also be available at SOTRU tent.

Timeline of Events: 2:30- Vendors and SOTRU will arrive for set up 4:00- Beginning of event- volunteers will be present at entrance to welcome everyone and collect admission fee and provide wristbands. Cornhole sign-ups will also begin at this time at SOTRU tent and raffle tickets will start being sold. 5:00- Cornhole tournament will begin. 6:30- Raffle winners will be announced as well as cornhole winners- prizes will be awarded 7:00- Closing of event.

Awareness: Flyers will be distributed to local businesses and event will be promoted through campus takeover at UNF. Raffle Ticket Pricing: Raffle Prizes will also be donated by local restaurants and businesses. 5 tickets: $5 10 tickets: $9 15 tickets:$13 20 tickets: $17 Cornhole Tournaments: entry fee of $3 per team of 2 will be charged with proceeds going to SOTRU. prize will be awarded to winning team (prize TBD) Entertainment: Local musician Travis Harden contact: 904-571-9848
