Purpose of the Agreement

The purpose of the present agreement (The Agreement) is to establish the rules that govern the present Challenge called M-Inclusion Apps for change (The Challenge) organized by Asociacin E3 Futura, with ID # G-82359811 and Address at C/ Aduana, 33 4, 28013, Madrid (Futura or The Organization), as a cooperation within the Project M-inclusion (http://www.m-inclusion.eu/) organized by the European Union (http://cordis.europa.eu/fp7/home_en.html) and sponsored by Telefonica (http://www.telefonica.es/portada/index.html).

Eligibility to participate
Participants must be over 18 years old. Those under 18 will not be able to participate in the Competition or to accept the prize. Participants must have a valid ID (National ID, passport or driving license), which may be requested at any time during or after the competition by the organizers to verify their age or their identity. Participants must subscribe to the database of Campuseros property of FUTURA NETWORKS, S.L. (available on www.campus-labs.com) and also subscribe to the Challenge at Campus Labs Platform. It is also an essential requirement for the Campuseros to be enrolled to http://www.m-inclusion.eu/ platform. Specifically at http://www.minclusion.eu/es/user/register. Participants may compete individually or by groups, providing only one official name for all purposes to be the contact person with the organization during the competition and if needed, someone that will represent the group during the award. The released dates related to the competition, whether written or digital format, are tentative and may vary along the competition. The assessment of the physical prizes (including hardware) is an estimate. The payment or delivery of the prize is the responsibility of the sponsor of the challenge, unless otherwise specified in this terms and conditions.

Contest Specification
M-Inclusion Apps for change The M-Inclusion Project and all its partners want to gather as many solutions as possible and create a single market where people at risk of exclusion can find solutions to their problems through the use of mobile devices. This is why we launch Apps4change, a challenge that focuses on people who have the ability to create solutions for others and make their lives easier for those in need. The challenge encourages its participants to imagine, design and develop a 100% functional application that helps social integration and personal independence of people at risk of exclusion by any of these reasons: DISABILITY CHRONIC PATIENTS LOW-INCOME SECTOR POPULATION OF REMOTE AREAS By participating in this project, all the proposals will be available for the people in need, through the marketplace of M-inclusion where all applications in terms of digital inclusion will be found in this space. Stage 1: Apps Presentation (From August 24, 2012 to November 12, 2012) Participants can upload their proposals to Campus Labs and register their applications in the marketplace of M-Inclusion until November 12th. On the 12th the tool will be closed, and within the next few days 10 applications will be selected to access the ultimate prize. Only accept functional applications. Applications must be accessible in order to test them. The death line is November 12 2012 to upload your Project to the Campus Labs Platform and register your application in the Marketplace of MInclusion. After closing, 10 applications may be selected to compete for the final prize. Only 100% working applications will be accepted. Applications must be accessible in order to test them.

Stage 2: Winner Selection (From November 12, 2012) During this stage, winners will be selected and published. The final winner may be requested to present the idea at an event that will be held in Barcelona in order to advertise, publicize and expand the visibility of the application.

Eligibility
To participate in the Contest it is necessary to fulfill all the requirements described below: Participants must be 18 years old or over. Be registered with all personal data in Campus Labs Platform. Be registered with all personal data in M-Inclusion Platform. Submit the application to Campus Labs. Submit the application to the M-Inclusion Marketplace.

Applications General Requests

All the applications must fulfill all the conditions described below: Having a programming language or platform in current use system The Applications must be compatible with mobile devices. Although the subject is free, it should provide a solution to one or more of the following groups (in no particular order or importance): DISABILITY (i.e. deaf-mute) CHRONIC PATIENTS (i.e. Diabetics) LOW-INCOME SECTOR POPULATION OF REMOTE AREAS Applications must be owned by the participant competing in the contest. Applications may be for sale or for free. Applications may be uploaded to other marketplaces. Applications may be already created or a newly creation. Newly creation Applications may have a greater value to the jury by the recognition of work versus time component. The graph of the application level is not essential. More important is the ability to solve the specific problem of any of the groups.

Presentations for Campus Labs

The Campus Labs presentation must have: Name, Surname, ID Numer, and Country, email and phone number (+area code) of the participant or all the participants. The presentation may not exceed 10 pages. The format should be a zipped pdf. The presentation may include at least: o Short description of the application o Specific target and issue that may solve. o Brief description of the application functionality o Screenshots of the application. o Links or other sources created for the application. o Instructions for the jury to test the application.

Additional information, links and videos may be accepted in the presentation. The zip file must be uploaded to the Campus Labs Platform www.campulabs.com until November 12, 2012 at 23.59 hours (Spanish hour, GMT+1). In case the whole proposal exceeds 2MB we recommend to send the URL that hosts the entire project so the jury can download the proposal. In case you can not provide an URL or find difficulties, please send an email to alejandro.sagrado@futuranetworks.com so we could try to solve the delivery.

General Rules
The application may not contain or promote any discrimination or offense on sex, age, race, religion or any other circumstance, or generally be against the law, moral or public order. The organization may request a number of participants to consider presenting their projects at the stage of an event related to Futura or M-inclusion, explaining the relevant details to allow a jury to evaluate the application. The organization will contact them previously to inform the time and place for presentation

Jury
The jury will be composed of representatives from the organization Campus Party, representatives of Telefonica and M-inclusion project.

Prizes
2.1. 2.2. The prize for the selected application is USD $10,000 (U.S. Dollars), plus all the dissemination, broadcast and visibility that will be provided in all communication media available in the M-Inclusion project. Challenge Tracking
The doubts that may arise during the contest and with the agreement may be notified to the competition organizers by email to alejandro.sagrado@futuranetworks.com or within the Innovation section of the official Campus Party Forums.

Copyrights
The Applications belongs always to the participant. Participants guarantee that they are the original creators who hold exclusive ownership, free from any charge or limitation, all the rights of intellectual property on proposed and / or its various components, presented to the Competition. The Organization may exclude any Participant who contravenes the above, without prejudice to the responsibility of the Participants by infringements of intellectual property in which third parties might incur, assume that exclusively, keeping in any case harmless the organization. Notwithstanding the above, the participants transfer to Futura and Telefnica, the right to use any images and sounds of the applications presented and participants as a tool for dissemination and advertising the contest, the Campus Party and the Organizer and partner companies, for everyone and for the duration of their protection in accordance with the applicable provisions.

Personal Data
By completing the form on the Campus Party Websites for registration in the Contest, participants expressly agree that the information provided may complete their personal data already included in the file "Campuseros" with number of registration in the registry files from the Data Protection Agency 2101751810. For this purpose it is reported that this is a file for FUTURE NETWORKS SL in order to maintain the legal relationship that binds the parties and for the necessary development of this Contest.

FUTURA NETWORKS S.L. guarantees the adoption of the necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality of such data and informs participants of the possibility of exercising, under current legislation, the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by written request to that effect, accompanied by a photocopy of their ID card or passport, addressed to FUTURA NETWORKS S.L., C/ Aduana 33, 4, 28013 Madrid. When reporting data to file "Campuseros" Participants expressly consent to the transfer of data to the Asociacin E3 Futura, for purposes of data processing required, among others, to manage the Competition. The Participant consents referred to it or news event communications and / or advertising of Campus Party and its products, services, challenges and contests via landline or mobile, email, SMS or mail. In any case, the Participant may revoke such consent to receive advertising or promotion of any kind by written request to that effect, accompanied by a photocopy of their ID card or passport, addressed to FUTURA NETWORKS SL, C / Aduana 33, 4 , 28013 Madrid or as they are instructed in each communication they receive. FUTURA NETWORKS S.L. will not give participants information to any third party not winners, except for those that may have the consent of each of the participants.

Personal Image Copyright

The Campuseros irrevocably and freely authorize Futura to use their image and/or their names in any advertisement, news or Communications to be made though any means, written or audiovisual, worldwide and during all the time legally allowed. They also accept to sign any document or authorization that might be needed to use their image/name.

Futuras Rights and Responsibilities

Futura reserves the right to refuse the participation of any person not eligible described in this Terms and Conditions who does not comply with the terms of participation or contravenes the spirit of the competition. Futura reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time, including its possible cancellation before its due date, only if there is a good reason, promising to communicate the new terms and conditions of the contest or final cancellation, with the sufficient time and public advertisement, without any right to compensation arises in favor of the Participants. Futura, its subsidiaries, affiliates or agents are not responsible for lost connections, backward, sent by mistake, confusing interpretation, discontinued or unavailability of satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider, web site, telephone or of 8

any other kind, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or interrupted transmissions or computer lines, satellite, telephone or cable; glitches; transmissions interfered, corrupt, disturbed, late or misdirected, or with errors or technical problems, failures or hardware or software failures, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to obtain such information. Any use of data entry methods: robotic, automatic, for macro, programmed or similar will cancel all entries by such methods, and disqualify entries made using these methods. Futura has no responsibility from the prizes once given to the winners.

Good Behaviour Declaration

Futura will automatically disqualify any Participant acting fraudulently. Cheating or manipulating, hacking, participating in the Contest without meeting the requirements for it, the use of malicious code attempts to somehow disrupt the Contest, etc. will not be tolerated. Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage any Web sites from Futura or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and if such attempt is conducted, Futura reserves the right to claim for damages to any person who conducts that way, under the terms and conditions established by law.

Taxes
We will apply the Real Decreto 3/2004 to the prizes in this promotion, which approves the text of the Income Tax of Individuals, Real Decreto 1775/2004 approving its Regulations, Real Decreto 2069/1999 of 30 December, approving the Statute of the Public Enterprise, State Lotteries; and Real Decreto 305/1966 of 1 December, approving the consolidated tax rates, and other provisions, so that, if appropriate, shall be the Telefnica business entity carrying out the payment on account or the correspondent retention. Other tax implications for the winners will be paid by them.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish Law.

Conflict Resolution
The Participants declare and agree that all disputes arising out of the competition, especially those related to the score, the classification, the right to participation, deception, progress and any other matters relating to the Contest, shall be decided following the unique and exclusive criteria of Futura as the organizer of the contest, and that the decision adopted by the site operators or the agents of the event shall be final and binding, without prejudice to any rights which they are entitled by law.

Agreement Depositing
This Terms and Conditions shall be deposited by Futura before a Notary Public.

Agreement Acceptance
The participation in the Contest implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions.
