 Room rates  per person per night
    up to the end of August 2009:
       
1. Standard room rates: R250.
2. Special rooms 21 and 23: R310. Bigger than standard rooms,
table and chairs, fridge, coffee, tea, etc.
3. Room No 28 – R330. More luxurious than special rooms.
4. Red Apple room R350. (Honeymoon suite.)
5. Children: between 3 and 12 – R130 per child per night
2 years and under – free, but please provide a
camping cot.

• Time to book in: 12h00 midday.

• English breakfast will be served on Strandkombuis deck from
08.30 to 09.30 in the morning.
• Departure time is 10h00, after which time the cleaners arrive.
• We are a B&B, but have created braai facilities for your
convenience. At Sandpiper House, you will find an inside and
outside braai, as well as a kitchen, microwave and fridge/deep
freeze, cutlery and crockery. Broken glasses will be R30 ea.
The cost involved for using these facilities and cleaning the
venue will be R30 pp. Bookings must be made with Marie or
Mardi ( Functions) for use of these facilities. Booking and
staying in rooms 2-8 situated in Sandpiper House does not
guarantee private use of braai and lounge facilities. Please
bring your own meat, bread, salads and your own firewood.
During the colder months it is advisable to bring along your
favourite blanket and wood for the log fire.
• We are sorry but no dogs are allowed at the B&B.
• Deposit: A Deposit is not necessary for the accommodation.
 Full amount must be paid on arrival in cash. There is no credit
card machine at the B&B.

• DIRECTIONS:
1. Take the N1 from Cape Town – R27.   Turn off left, this is the 2nd turn­off from 
Cape Town.   (The first is Woodstock – skip this.)
2. Follow R27 (West Coast Road) for approximately 80 km, turn LEFT at 
Yzerfontein turnoff.
3. (5 minutes before this turn­off you will see  Farm Shop  on your right. 
Then you know you are close to turning left to Yzerfontein.
4. Carry on straight for about 6 km till you get to fish market on your left. From 
there, another 200 m, on your right you will find our sign.
5. Follow our directions for 3 kilometres on the grit road.
6. Enjoy the drive and look out for ostriches and small animals, like bush buck, 
tortoises, and other small beautiful creatures along the dust road. We are set in 
a nature reserve and we ask that you respect the flora & fauna and do not go for 
walks in the nature reserve, and please drive slowly.
7. On leaving your room when checking out, please be so kind as to drop the keys 
in the box on top of the Reception desk.  Thank you very much.
