All Classes (unless otherwise specified) will be at the NEW facility. Please use Memorial Entrance for access. 08Jan12- MWR Sports Fitness & Aquatics will be providing a FREE Group Fitness Day 12Jan12 5K Resolution Fun Run. Pre-register at Memorial Fitness.

Yoga - Angela: 6:30a Mon Take a deep breath and relax. Increase your flexibility and strengthen your spirit in a calm stress free environment. Power Yoga - Angela 6:30a Fri is a westernized, gym yoga that gives an intense and vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa style yoga. Power yoga focuses on developing strength and flexibility and assists in weight loss, training and conditioning. Prepare to work hard and work up a sweat Body Shop - Jasmine: 12:00p Mon & 8:30a Thur. Danielle: 8:30a Tues Challenge your muscles with a workout designed to strengthen, burn fat and sculpt muscles. Work your body using weights, body weight & cardio intervals. Boot Camp - Desirae: 12:00p Thurs Anything goes! High intensity workout. Test yourself with tough functional fitness drills. Cardio Kick Box Circuit - Jasmine: 6:00p Wed Amp up your workout and burn mega-calories with an intermediate level cardio-kickboxing/circuit training program! Work your entire body incorporating cardio with high volume, low weight strength moves while jamming to today's hottest artists! PaYF - Pilates and Yoga Fitness - Catharine: 9:30am Tues & Thur Get a stronger core, improve balance, increase flexibility and tone your body with combined Yoga and Pilates moves. Hip Hop Hustle - Jasmine: 6:00p Thurs Burn up the dance floor and burn calories too! Hip Hop HUSTLE blends hip hop and dance moves, making them simple and easy to follow! Anyone can do this! This workout feels more like a night on the town than exercise. Zumba - Toni: 8:30a Wed Zumba is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party thats moving millions of people toward joy and health.

Mommy & Me Stroller Walk & Body Workout @ The Fitness Connection- Jasmine: 9:30a Mon, Wed & Fri A great family workout for parent and child combined! No stroller is necessary, but if you have one bring one. Great opportunity for your child to use their energy while parent gets fit. The walk is just the beginning, this class will be a full body workout. Children free with paid parent. Aqua Fitness @ Oasis Pool - Catharine: 9:00a Mon, Wed & Fri Participants will be able to strengthen primary muscle groups, minor tendons, flexors & joints more safely. Swim Suit is required-no shorts/T-shirts (unless PT). Participants may wear tank tops over swim suits. Please bring a water bottle!
