Introduction Pro-Ject is a Lebanon based International Management & Engineering Consultancy firm, offering a broad range of specialized services mainly in Management, Management Strategy, International Management and Engineering Management. The legal entity & why Although meant to be an S.A.L. at its maturity, Pro-Ject is currently a private establishment, due to its startup status, lower taxes and obligations, and to the small to medium sized projects and contracts (relatively low risks), thus providing an acceptable level of risk with the lowest tax rates, the best package available for the startup phase. Structure Considering the services offered and the diversification of the contracts and opportunities available, a very delicate and flexible structure was necessary in order to provide the level of expertise and quality needed to build the companys reputation. Pro-ject management incorporated a set of Local and International Strategic Partnerships both in core services of the firm as in complementary ones to compensate for the decades of experience of the top competition The Management team is made of the General Manager, the CPA, and the public relations advisor The General Manager : With an engineering background, with a distinguished academic level, holds several degrees in Management, Financial Management and Valuation. The CPA : although not a permanent employee, advises Pro-Ject on tax related issues and makes sure its reports are compliant with the Ministry of finances regulations The PRA : with a significant professional experience in Lebanon and the Middle East, advises Pro-Ject on who has a traitorous nature so as to avoid collaboration with.

Pro-Ject is divided into 3 departments Management Engineering Management Specialized Engineering And each department has 2 key positions, Project Manager/Consultant Coordinator Which may vary or increase according to the qualifications and level of expertise required for each project. The PM/Consultant: is in charge of the decision making within the project in collaboration to the project manager and guides the coordinator, through the analysis, studies and tasks required, as he manages all aspects of the project assigned to him The Coordinator : Assists the PM in the studies and analysis required for decision making in Pro-Jects or the client company premises, and coordinates and follows up tasks with the other parties involved. Although this flexible structure might seem neglecting the training/adaptation period of the new members to the work environment, Pro-Ject compensates this issue in 2 ways : - Most of the hiring is done among local citizens graduating from top tier universities in Europe and specialized within the required area, thus understanding the European Management System adopted in ProJect, and ready to roll - The direct contact with academic and professional leaders in the several industries through the strategic partnerships, thus creating support and guidance in every part of the project and in every project.

As a recently Founded Firm, Pro-Ject is a Management and Development advisor for Engineering firms like Les Consultations Topographiques et Foncieres a Leader in Surveying Engineering Consulting & Contracting in Lebanon As Pro-Ject has had a first Experience in Contracting in Byblos Residence ( Restoration, Entrance Building, Stone Coating, Interior Finishing, Civil and Electro-Mechanical Works Design & Execution, Wooden and Carpentry Works, Stamped Concrete, Steel Fence and Property Entrance for a private Villa ) as it has managed many projects (Construction, restoration,finishing), in Beirut, Metn and Chouf.
