Experience
I actively participated in organized soccer through recreational, travel, club and extra-curricular teams from the age of five through my early twenties, giving me extensive practical knowledge from which to draw upon. Winter 1997 & 1998 Avon High School, Avon, IN As a Senior in high school, I was the regular game announcer for Girls' Basketball. Duties included, but were not limited to pre-game announcements; sponsors and ad copy reads; player and staff introductions; scoring and regulatory acknowledgements (fouls, traveling, etc.); special events and player honors. Fall 1998 - Spring 1999 Vincennes University, Vincennes, IN As a Freshman at Vincennes University, I was the regular match announcer for Women's Volleyball. Duties included, but were not limited to pre-game announcements; sponsors and ad copy reads; player and staff introductions; scoring and regulatory acknowledgements (sideouts, 2-touch, etc.); special events and player honors. I was also the 'as needed' announcer for Women's Basketball on occasion. Fall 2009 - Present Mooresville High School, Mooresville, IN I am currently the regular game announcer for Girls' Volleyball and Girls Softball. Duties include, but are not limited to script writing; music and sound effects; pre-game announcements; sponsors and ad copy reads; player and staff introductions; scoring and regulatory acknowledgements; special events, tournaments and player honors. I also continue to announced for several additional sports in an 'as needed' basis including Basketball, Football, Baseball, Swimming and Diving, Wrestling (IHSAA Sectional and Regional meets), Track and Field, and Soccer. Fall 2012 - Present Monrovia High School, Monrovia, IN I am currently the regular game announcer for Football and Boys' and Girls' Basketball.
