NCPD #1 is in the midst of grafting consortium regions together creating a conglomerate. I head the marketing campaign and designing of all materials for furthering this project as well as head lead designs on all region web sites, web applications developments and over-all branding for all regions. Design and maintain company sites for all of Golddigga Entertainment and artist affiliate sites, Keldamuzik, Diva TV, and The Diva Project, as well as Kavio Kash Publishing, including all sub divisions (2008-2010). I create images, wire mocks, full web sites, media streaming, branding, web pages, layouts, email add campaigns, flyers, catalogs, brochures for print and web, and much more for this Oakland, CA based company. By branding and maturing the companys portfolio I have increased the companys over-all offline and online exposure on an international level allowing the company to increase artist touring in Beijing, Jamaica, and the USA . Designed a successful independent online record label and CD store; Carmeled Pepper Records and Indie CDNow (1996-2001) utilizing DHTML/Layers -standard CSS, and gave a flash animation appeal by utilizing custom designed gif animations, which I now develop in FLASH. Created an independent Productions studio where we catered to the demands of needed photography in the community for Portraits and Professional portfolios. Headed the Statewide Centralized Clinical Placement Project ( 2006- 2009) into the new age by incorporating a functional side to the global members support services using the .Net environment and creating a customized UI graphic appeal to the members portal by utilizing ASPX VB alongside a custom CMS system; SQL Database design & Management, and production-graphic designer on the NCPD#1 Documentary video, and headed a strong marketing campaign. Created training and exams in Flash and tracking system in VB/ASPX for the NCPD#1, and re-designed the members portal. Geared Shoes-n-Feet into a new branding campaign that marked the color schema of the company giving it a driving public appeal, designed a high-end product catalog, produced training videos, and re-created logo, design 6 foot window dressings, designed their entire fleet of brochures, advertisements, and marketing materials & designed a members online community using standard HTML and web security practices, while increasing their marketing exposure.

Web Developer- Plan, design, build, and maintain web sites, social media sites, and online store fronts using authoring and scripting languages {HTML, JAVA, JS,CSS, XHTML,VB, ASP [xml]}, content creation tools, management tools, and digital media. Performed and direct web site updates, maintain SEO and Web 2.0 Practices. Author, design, and edit web page content. When applicable; conferred with management to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, developed content criteria, and implemented solutions. Maintain understanding of current web technologies or programming practices through continuing education, reading, or participation in professional conferences, workshops, or groups. Analyze user needs to determine technical requirements. Develop and validate test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and addressed all browser and device types. Media/Graphic Designer- Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts, Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type. Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed. Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and Internet websites. Create basic and advanced layout & designs for product labels, cartons, direct mail, HTML, television, print, and web. Marketing- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors. Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines or services, use of viral media, compile lists describing product or service offerings. Video Editor- Film shot sequences to different angles at specific points in scenes, making each individual cut as fluid and seamless as possible. Edit films and videotapes to insert music, dialogue, and sound effects, to arrange films into sequences, and to correct errors, using editing equipment (music videos/commercials). Select and combine the most effective shots of each scene to form a logical and smoothly running story. Mark frames where a particular shot or piece of sound is to begin or end. Determine the specific audio and visual effects and music necessary to complete film. Develop graphic visual effects in Photoshop, flash and by use of other techniques. IT Support/Administrator- Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations. Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations. Diagnose w/ troubleshooting, and resolve hardware, software, and other network router/print server and system problems. Back up and modify applications and related data to provide for disaster recovery. Determine sources of web page or server problems, take action to correct such problems. Regulate volume level and sound quality during recording sessions, using control consoles. Prepare for recording sessions by performing activities such as selecting and setting up microphones, set up instrumental performing areas with recording booths, run existing chords for possible extra instruments. Report equipment problems and ensure that required repairs are made or new purchase requisitions are applied. Mix and edit voice, music, and taped sound effects for live performances and for prerecorded events, using sound mixing boards. Synchronize and equalize prerecorded dialogue, music, and sound effects with visual action of motion pictures or television productions, using control consoles. Record speech, music and other sounds on recording media using recording equipment. Reproduce and duplicate sound recordings from original recording media using sound editing and duplication equipment, and software. Separate instruments, vocals, and other sounds, and combined sounds later during the mixing or post-production stage, including layers, effects and re-editing/editing techniques within sound recording. Web Administrator- Backed up and modify applications and related data to provide for disaster recovery. Determined sources of web page or server problems, and took action to correct such problems. Reviewed and updated web page content or links in a timely manner, using appropriate tools. Administered internet/intranet infrastructure, including components such as web, file transfer protocol (FTP), news and mail servers. Collaborated with development team (self and other member) to discuss, analyze, or resolve usability issues. Test backup or recovery plans regularly and resolve any problems. .
