Important Reminders:
1. Players must bring own water bottle. ISB will provide water, but not cups. 2. Coaches MUST SUBMIT ROSTERS to TD at start of tournament. It should include date of birth. Failure to do this means coach will have to write it out at the tournament. 3. 3000 baht entry should be paid to TD at start of tournament. Coaches will be given a food voucher at this time. 4. It is expected that all teams play all of their games and do not leave early. I have set it up so all teams are here to watch the semi finals. Hopefully you will stick around for the finals too 5. 1. Ball Size: a. U11/13 Size 4 2. Goal Size: Height 2m, width 5m 3. Game Time: 12 minute halves, 5 minute half times 4. Substitution: Free substitution allowed 5. Overtime: No overtime in round robin. It is a draw. However in playoffs a winner must be determined. One 5 minute period of golden goal overtime in playoffs in tournaments. Coin toss should be taken before start of overtime. If still tied the game goes through penalty shoot out with normal FIFA rules (5 players, then sudden death until winner is declared) 6. Tournament Pool Play: Pool games within the tournament will be scored as follows: 1. Win 4 points 2. Tie 2 points 3. Loss 1 point. 7. TIE BREAKING FOR ROUND-ROBIN RANKING

-In the case of a points tie the following criteria will be used to break the tie: -In the case of a draw or multi-way tie the following shall be applied to break the tie: -Head to head result -Points differential exclusively involving tied teams only; -Points against, exclusively involving tied teams only; -Points for, exclusively involving tied teams only; -Points differential involving all teams; -Points against, involving all teams; -Points for involving all teams. Once the first tie-break in a multi-way tie has been resolved, additional ties will be resolved in the same format using the same sequence of procedures beginning with head to head result.
