ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATIONS:

Screen plot is a graph of Eigen values against all the factors. The graph is useful for determining how many
factors to retain. The point of interest is where the curve starts to flatten. It can be seen that curve begins to
flatten 3 to 4.

The first item from the output is the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) and Bartletts test. The KMO measures
the sampling adequacy which should be greater than 0.5 for a satisfactory analysis to proceed. Looking at the
table above the KMO measure is 0.613. From the same table we can see that bartletts test of sphericity is
significant that is its associated probability is less than 0.05. Infact its actually 0.000. This means that the
correlation matrix is not an identity matrix.
