B. Result of the Questioners: This questionnaire we give to 50 respondents who are the students in Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. First, lets see the list of questionnaire. The first question is ESSAY, question number 2 until number 9 are multiple choice YES, NO, and SOMETIME and question number 10 is multiple choice with answer LECTURER, ORGANIZATION, and BOTH OF THEM. The respondents can also give some reason, because we open mindedly to respondents opinion.

The questionnaire: 1. What kind of organization/extracurricular that you have interest? Why? 2. Do you think that organization/extracurricular is important to student in university? 3. Are you joined the organization in campus? If yes, do you feel comfort with the organization and the activity? 4. Do your organizations that you joined give the advantages in your lesson? 5. Do you always search the organization that can increase your ability in learning? 6. Do you think that organization can increase your achievement in your learning? 7. Do you feel more confident when you joined one of the organizations in campus? 8. Do your organizations disturb your lesson?

These are the result from the 50 respondents that are the student in Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa State University: 1. What kind of organization/extracurricular that you have interest? Why? Why we choose this question to ask the respondents because we want to know, are they have interest or not about the

organization/extracurricular in campus. We also want to know what their reason. From the result of the questionnaires of 50 respondents, we can take the conclusion for the first question. There are so many answers from the questions; we can conclude that the respondents choose many different interests of organizations below:

 Some reason from the respondent why they choose that organizations:
Internal organization The respondents say that with this organization they can have link to lecturer or governor of campus, they can have a lot of friends, and they also can know about scholarship information. journalistic The respondents say that they interest with this organization because their hobby and can add their knowledge. Sport They think that sport will make their more healthy. Art (Music) The respondents say that they choose art because they think it so fun, and they prefer to choose music art. Martial (Bela Diri) The reason is for individual needed. EDC (English Debating Club) The reason is for increase their speaking ability in English. Why we choose this question, because we want to know that what

the student thing about the organization.

The result from 50 respondents are:

The student who answers YES, there are 30 respondents. The reasons: to increase their speaking ability, to add knowledge, to get a lot of friend, to increase confident, to socialization with other people internal or external. The students that answer NO, there are 4 respondents. The reasons: they prefer to more important to study than joined the organization, they think organization is not to important.

The students that answer SOMETIME, there are 16 respondents. The reasons: they think not all of organization in Untirta is important, sometimes they think it is important but sometimes they think it is not because organization can disturb their learning activity, they can divide their time.

The students that answer: The student that answer YES, there are 23 respondents

The reasons: they feel comfort because they can learn a lot
and get many friend and related to their talent and interest, they can get more experience, the activity is fun and interesting, can courage they spirit of learning and change. The students that answer NO, there are 18 respondents.

The reasons: because they dont joined the organization,

they have no interest, they think that it is boring, they havent no time. The students that answer SOMETIME, there are 9 respondents.

The reasons: sometimes they feel bored with the member of

the organization, sometime the organization have a same time with the lecture/lesson activity, sometimes they feel bored but sometimes they feel comfort, they feel lazy with organization if they have many assignment from the lecturer.

students think with organization, if it have the advantages or not.

The students that answer YES, there are 20 respondents.

The reasons: they say that they can sharing each other, can
know with the senior and can ask them about the assignment that they dont understand, the organization as a place to learn before the real they socialization with people, especially debate organization, respondent say that it can increase the speaking skill, increase their confident, increase their soul of leadership, they learn about how to work together in team, can increase their experience. they can get more motivation. the students that answer NO, there are 18 respondents. The reasons: they dont joined the organization, they think that organization cant influence of grade/value in lecture/lesson. The students that answer SOMETIME, there are 12 respondents. The reasons: sometimes they think it is have the advantages but sometime they dont because the organization can disturb they lecture/lesson, they think that organization not related to their lecture /lesson.

give advantages to learning activity so we have to search it, if the organization cant increase they ability they think it is just waste their time. The students that answer NO, there are 11 respondents.

The reasons: they said learn in class is just bored they dont
want to make it worse with joined in organization, some said no comment because they dont know, they lazy, they joined the organization because they want to waste spare time but they dont care if its related to lecture/lesson or not. The students that answer SOMETIME, there are 14 respondents.

The reasons: they said that they sometime search the

organization to decrease their boring, not all of the organization can increase their ability in learning, they search to their hobby, to find new friends, and to able close with lecturer.

6. Do you think that organization can increase your achievement in your learning?

We choose this question because we want to know students opinion

whether organization can increase their achievement or not.

The answer:
The students that answer YES, there are 18 respondents.

The reasons: they said that in organization can increase their

critical, related to their lecture/lesson in their majority, if the organization is really give advantages, because organization will decrease their boring so that it can increase their spirit to learn. The students that answer NO, there are 9 respondents.

The reasons: the respondents said that some arent joined in

organization, because sometime organization is not related to lesson/lecture, some think that it is useless. The students that answer SOMETIME, there are 23 respondents.

 The reasons: they said that with many experience we will learn a lot, some think that the achievement of learning is depend on our selves, some sais that it is not always increase their achievement, some said maybe it can increase.

7. Do you feel more confident when you joined one of the organizations in campus?

we choose this question because we want to know the result when

student joined in organization whether they feel more confident or not.

The answer:
The students that answer YES, there are 27 respondents. The reasons: they said that they can add a lot of friends so wherever they are they will feel comfort, some said that they can proud of their achievement beside academic, some said they feel more sociable and more confident, can increase experience, can increase their critical thinking, can express their ability in front of people. The students that answer No, there are 8 respondents. The reasons: they said that confidence will increase if we practice so it is just waste if they joined the organization but they dont practice, some said that it has nothing influence their confident, some are not joined the organization. The students that answer SOMETIME, there are 15 respondents. The reasons: they said that sometime they feel more confident but sometime they arent, not all of organization can increase their confident, it is depend on their selves if they are active in organization so they can increase their confident.

8. Do your organizations disturb your lesson?

We choose this question because we want to know whether

organization disturb students lesson or not.

The answer:
The students that answer YES, there are 9 respondents. The reasons: they said that they disturb with the organization if there is event coincide with the lesson, they have to ask dispensation from the lecturer to not join the lesson if theres any event, they think that the lecture/lesson will become the second priority. The students that answer NO, there are 14 respondents. The reasons: they said that they will joined with event in organization they will participate if theres spare time but if theres no spare time they wont participate, they can divide when time to lecture/lesson and when time to organization. The students that answer SOMETIME, there are 27 respondents. The reasons: they said sometime events in organization clash with lesson schedule, they have to sacrificing hours of lectures to participate in event.

9. Do your lecturer advice you to joined one of the organizations in campus?

We choose this question because we want to know whether the

lecturer giving advice to student to joined organization or not.

The answer:
The students that answer YES, there are 18 respondents. The reasons: they said that commonly the lecturer give advice to join the organization that can support of lectures but its depend on student whether they want to joined or not, they said that the lecture advise to increase students

experience and add many friends, to divert us towards things that are more positive, to increase students critical thinking. The students that answer NO, there are14 respondents. The reasons: they said that the lecture doesnt give advice it depends on students, some said no comment. The students that answer SOMETIME, there are 18 respondents. The reasons: they said that just some of lecturer that give advice to joined organization, theres some lecturers that think organization is important but some lecturers think the opposite, sometime the lecturer give advice to student to joined the positive think I organization.

10. Where you can get the more of knowledge?

we choose this question because we want to know what student think

about where they get more knowledge whether from LECTURER, ORGANIZATION, or BOTH OF THEM.

The answer:
The students that answer LECTURER, there are 6 respondents. The reasons: they said that they prefer LECTURER because they dont joined in organization, the lecturer that taught them in study. The students that answer ORGANIZATION, there are 4 respondents. The reasons: they said that they prefer ORGANIZATION because they think if they learn in organization it will be more fun. The students that answer BOTH OF THEM, there are 40 respondents. The reasons: they said that LECTURER and

support, some of them said that lecturer give them theories but organization more give them the implementation in reality, some think that knowledge that wider not only in learn from one source but from several sources, lecturer as a teacher give the knowledge to us, while organization as a complementary about science or knowledge and knowledge of leadership/social knowledge that are taught by lecturers.

Some Advice from the Respondents to Students that Joined in Organization: dont just organization that the most important, academic achievement must be noticed. dont often follow the organization since the main objective is to pass to graduate with a satisfactory IP, while organization just a support for learning. never forget even if we join the organization our primary obligation is as a student of university. be the students who get achievement both in lecture/lesson and organization smart to divide your time between organization and academic. organization is not a barrier to achievement, divide time and determining priorities in necessary for student who join with organization. organization for life, learning to life so do both of them. select organizations that can support your learning and activities that do not interfere with the time of lectures. do not overly focus in organization, for lecture/lesson should be more first priority.

 dont forget to study, families and the main goal by extracurricular activities. socialization are needed, but in remaining within the boundaries that do not interfere with the earning activity the students that join organization must give a good example to get achievement in academics to prove that organizations can improve learning achievement, not lower academic achievement. balance between organization and lectures, dont skip the lectures/ lesson with organization as a reason.

C. Table Based on survey that we have done through the questionnaire that contains ten questions, we found that some students have enthusiastic to join an extracurricular/organization, but some of them have no enthusiastic of it. They think that organization can improve their skill in learning activity, but some of them who have no enthusiastic to join an extracurricular/organization think it will be disturb their learning activity in campus. CHAPTER III CONCLUSION

Based on our survey in Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa State University area, we can conclude that there are many students who have big enthusiastic in organization/extracurricular. Nevertheless, not all students have big enthusiastic to join organization/ extracurricular in campus. The students who have enthusiastic in organization choose many different organizations in accordance with their interest and talent. There are students who choose to join internal organization such as English Debating Club (EDC), Sport, Choir, Pandawa, Department Students Association, LDK Babussalam, and many more. Futrhermore there are many strudents who choose external organization, because they think if they join external organization, they can expand their network, not only in campus area, but also outside campus. There are many opinions about advantages in join some organization/ extracurricular according to the students who have enthusiastic in organization. They think that if they join many organization/ extracurricular, they can get a lot of friends because they can socializing with other students who have a same interest and talent from all faculty and people outside campus. Moreover, they say that they can sharing each other. They can be acquainted with the senior and ask them about the assignment that they dont understand, so that they can get broader informations from their friends, senior, and junior. Furthermore, if they join an oganization/ extreacurricular they can get more experience and increase their knowledge that not taught in the lecture activity. Some of them said that organization can increase their critical thinking related to their lecture/lesson in their majority. They think that the knowledge between organization and lecture must balance. The lecturer give their knowledge about theories while organization as a complement give the knowledge about organization, leadership, and other knowledge in accordance with the type of organization that not taught by lecturers.

Different with the students who have enthusiastic in organization, the students who have no interest with it have many different opinion. They think that join an organization/ extracurricular is not important and only waste their time because it cant influence anything, especially their grade/value in lesson. Moreover organization can disturb their lesson, especially if there is event that coincide with the lesson, they have to ask dispensation from the lecturer to not join the lesson if theres any event that held by their organization. They think that the lecture/lesson will become the second priority. So, they prefer to study hard and focus with their lecture/lesson than join the organization.
