1.0. Introduction:
In the fast moving world, sports activities are flourishing day by day. These sports activities are very essential in todays world. People are more focused toward sports activities so that requirements has been increased. Currently, there are so many people which are asking for the requirements. So that there should be an increment in these activities. To enhance the sports activities, practical and strategical importance should be focused on it. An avenue which should be selected for the sports events must be complied with the international rules and regulations as well standards of the market . In the year 1989, a sport event complex named as Beijing Haidian sport complex was established. It was a complex which was integrated with multi model activities like fitness activities, social activities, conferences and many other events can be established. This event complex was open to the public in the year 1992, which become the very famous point for all activities like sports and social activities. (Zhao, 2008) In the topic, author tries to explain the sports event complex theory by giving emphasis on the example of Nine Ball Pool game. For this research topic, firstly a detailed feasible report would be written to explain it properly after that there would be the planning for the marketing, staffing, residents, and provision of the security method would be planned after consideration.

2.0. Feasibility Report:

Feasibility report would be established on the basis of some analysis methods. First of all the method for this feasibility report is chosen as SWOT analysis method as follows:

2.1.

SWOT Analysis Method:

SWOT analysis provides the opportunity to find out the internal and external factors based on the business environment. By this analysis, future prospects via opportunities and threats can also be determined. If a shareholder look for the company's strength and weaknesses, they can also determine the feasibility report via this analysis. Whether they should invest in this company or not. (Graeme 2008)

For this purpose, the author has done a SWOT analysis to determine the strength and weakness of the sports complex as well as opportunities and Threats for the coming future. It is a very important tool to determine the four types of strategies to provide the help for the managers of the firm. Four strategies are like: there would be some strengths which would be merged with opportunities and make the combination of SO. Threats would make the combination with strengths which is termed as ST. Weakness make the combination with opportunities like WO and in the last weaknesses make the combination with threats and termed as ST. SWOT analysis provides the insight for the sport complex to adopt the future actions to avoid losses. After the process of SWOT analysis, the company would be eligible to convert the weaknesses into strengths.

2.1.1.

Strengths:

There are so many strengths of the firm like: There is broad channels and medium for the financial activities. After realization of the importance of the sports complex and pool games in the society, the Government start taking interest in the enhancement for these activities., for this purpose government started to invest in this sector to flourish it. Besides it, the market value of the pool games is very high. Other strengths include the attraction of people towards these activities are very high. After the passage of time almost more than twenty years of time span, China have flourished this market. They build the folk foundation and develop the market for it. Even though the market for these activities has reached to its maturity term. Countries like China is establishing the competition for these activities and due to this fan of this are increasing. Peoples interest is increasing vigorously towards the playing trends. If the trend is increasing day by day towards playing, according to this ratio stars of sports are also increasing. People are golden spectators for the market of sports. These people love The sports with passionately so that it is a positive point toward increasing sports trend.

2.1.2. Operational Issues:

Weaknesses:

There are some operational issues in the sport event complex. There is no proper planning for the establishment of a pool. The security issue is a very major problem to establish a plan for the sports event complex. Shortage of capital is also main issue. If one company has the strengths then there would be some weaknesses which should not be ignored. After focusing all the weaknesses, firms can convert these weaknesses into strengths with their capabilities. Weaknesses are termed as those factors which have a negative effect on the company. So these negative effects stop the working with the company to operate and it becomes dissolved. There is some kind of weaknesses like shortage of the resources like labor strikes, no unity between labor, lack of competence, old technology, no market promotions and advertisement. These are some examples which are stopping the firm to grow. There is no corresponding channels for the Haidian pool complex due to this weakness, sport complex is unable to perform well. So Haidian complex needs to purchase the Nine Ball pool game. As described, there is no Nine ball pool game has been purchased yet, so there are no rules and techniques available to mature. So it needs to care and look after this scenario by the management.

2.1.3.

Opportunity:

Opportunities are the favorable conditions which a company can achieve the benefit for the long term. If the company let the know about these opportunities before its time, then that company should take some steps regarding this otherwise company will ruin. Opportunities can be of many types just like as the social, Eco., political, environmental and demographic. (Lefever, 2011) Haidian sports complex has so many opportunities to grow like if they take the hold on the nine ball games and purchase it, then it would be beneficial to grow in the social economic activity.

Nine ball games need to be expand by the way of establishing in all the markets. There should be some promotions and marketing activities to expand. In the Haidian gymnasium, hosting of the Nine ball games is a very bright future. There are so many opportunities for the international market as well local companies to invest in it by making the way of execution, competition, and corresponding.

2.1.4. Operational Issues:

Threats:

The name of this term is clearly defining their meaning. Threat for any company is the unfavorable movements and trends which results in the negative impact of the company's performance. (Haynes, 2000) It is mainly the competition which the firm actually faces of their competitors. In the country Beijing, there are so many competitors which are becoming the threat for the Beijing sport complex. Through these competitions, the audience and sponsors can be scattered.

2.2.

Determination of Operational Issues Through PEST Analysis:

PEST analysis shows the internal and external effects on the company. It takes the looks on the company like P for Political, E for Economical effect, S for Social and T for technological effects which impact on the company's affairs.

2.2.1.

Political Impact:

In the country Republic of China, there are so many authorities which are not getting involved so much in the activities of sport complex. But instead, After realization of the importance of the sports complex and pool games in the society, the Government start taking interest in the enhancement for these activities., for this purpose government started to invest in this sector to flourish it. (Moragas 2003) 2.2.2. Economic Impact:

It includes the employment opportunities in the economy, demand and supply conditions, training provision and increment in the regional competition.

Gross domestic product of the China is increasing which is causing the income level among people and consumption level increased. It ultimately impacts on the popularity for sports complexes.

2.2.3.

Social Cultural Impact:

These kind of sports activities are so much suitable for the age group of people. In the China, every person is interested in these kind of sports like billiards. Youngsters are interested in these games due to fashionable trend of this game. There is no condition of higher class or lower class supports.

2.2.4.

Technological Impact:

Technology is changing more vigorously. So the change in technology includes internet facilities which are changing the trend day by day. First it comes from dial up connections to broadband technology, WiFi technologies and much more. Electronic learning through technology, computers, laptops, and many other technological changes occur everywhere which cause the enhancement of knowledge of the consumer world. During the term of increase in technology for the pool games are the increase in the size of tables which would be in new design and comfort. (Crandall 2001)

2.2.5.

Conclusion:

At the end concern of these two major analyses is that there are some threats in the pool games market and as well as there are some opportunities available. So sport event complex should focus the opportunities to overcome the threats and weaknesses. Also there is a strength of Govt is available to cover these issues.

(Boyle 2004)

Planning like, proper staffing, security assurance, accommodation and transportation facilities. If these would be provided then these sport complexes would flourish rapidly.
