DRHS Best Buddies Club New Council Application 2013-2014

Dear Applicants, Thank you for your interest in serving Best Buddies Club next school year, 2013 2014. To be an eligible candidate, you are required to fill out a Best Buddies New Council Application, to request one teacher recommendations ( must be your current teacher from English, Math, Science, or History course), and to have an interview with current council members on a date in April. All application and teacher recommendations must be received no later than Tuesday April 16, 2013. Please turn them in to B112/1A or Mr.Maizel's/ Mrs. Hofferth's box. Tips: 1. Be specific in your respond because this application is a way to let us understand you more. 2.Choose a teacher who knows your character and personality, not only based on your grades in the class (Mrs. Hofferth cannot write recommendation for any one). Please make sure to thank your teacher who recommended you. 3. For interview: arrive early, be prepare to respond anything regarding your school activities and personalities. Position Offer: 1. Public Relation (2): in charge of announcements such as school bulletin and advertisements for club events, maintain a list of contracts and weekly emails, updates clubs on the status funds. 2. Historian (2): maintains club picture album which includes pictures from ALL events, must be present at all events with a camera in hand. Good luck!
