(2) AFCC Directors and Judicial Branch Family Court Managers Debra Kulak and Marylou Giovannucchi have listed themselves as having a business office in the Judicial Branch offices. (3) The AFCC is a private trade association whose members are family court industry professionals. In this case, the entire AFCC Board is made up of Judicial Branch employees and contractors.
