Our beautiful Hilltop room is th available 7:00 am to 4:00 pm on April 15 . This room will comfortably seat up to 300 guests and provides a great view of the mountain range and waterfall. Below I have provided answers to your questions to help your decision for a location on April 15 . 1. Our facility is available 7:00am to 4:00 pm; this will allow two hours for set up before your event at 9:00am and one hour for takedown until 4:00pm. 2. Audiovisual equipment is available. Our screen is free to use and our projector typically costs $150. We are delighted to allow your group to use the projector for a discounted rate of $75. In order to meet all your audiovisual set up needs, we ask that you contact Ron Reynolds, Guest Services Manager, at 264-555-1001. He will assist you by setting up all the audiovisual equipment for your event. He will also be available all day in case you need any further assistance during your luncheon. 3. Mountain Top Inn & Suites is known for its excellent meals. Our meals are offered at a variety of prices. I have included the options for your price range. All of our meals come with the choice of sweet tea, un-sweet tea, and water. a. $16.00 Garden salad, Cheesy Chicken Alfredo, Alfredo without the chicken, green beans, and garlic bread b. $18.00 Pulled Pork sandwiches, cheesy corn, mac and cheese, and coleslaw c. For an additional $2.00 you can add Chocolate and White cake for dessert. d. For an additional $3.50 you can add additional drink options. We serve all Pepsi products and can add Pepsi, diet Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Code Red Mountain Dew, Baha Blast Mountain Dew, Diet Mountain Dew, Mug Cream Soda, Mug Root Beer, Sierra Mist and Tropicana Strawberry. Mountain Top Inn & Suites enjoys doing events for universities. We had a university come last Saturday for an event in the Hilltop room with 285 students and it went great. They asked us to reserve the room again for their event next month. In order to reserve the Hilltop room for your event please contact us by March 15, 2013.
