Manager Comments: 02/2013: Karen was recently hired in Sept 2012 and has already made an impact to her sales staff. She has received rav review from her TX tech rep and has been more than willing to jump in and assist her colleagues when needed as well. I will continue to look for her to give her reps and customers stellar service and I know it's in her to do so. I will add the richardson training to her development to assist with soft skills that will also improve her support skills so she can exceed her goal and meet her training goal. Her overall score is 23% of orders/rostered which is below, but we are currently in the down peak and in the coming months this will ramp up and she can process more. Manager Comments: 02/2013: Karen is definitely a rising star in the making. Althought these systems are new and we are all learning them, Karen is definitely more inclined to be that pro who will become an expert. i want her to continue to push the boundaries of what we know and learn via trial and error.
