Competition:
Bag Tag Report: 57 tags sold!
Tournaments: BSF, BSF Fundraiser May 3rd at Adair, RCO

Course Development:
Stubb Stewart: Flagged course, marked tee pads and pin placements, Purchased Mach
3s. Advanced-Pro level course in the longs. Like a mini Pier. Average length in the
longs ~410ft. Lots of trails. SDG wrote a letter in support of new course.

Swag Report:
Request for nice polos but kind of spendy.
Patches $3 each
Discs-poll will be placed online on both forums

Old Business

Work Party-April 19th pouring 9 concrete pads! Looking for volunteers to mow the park
(contact Patrick Buckley), clean up tree art, extra baskets will go in the 18th.

Clinics-first one April 28th 9-11th at Leverich Park.

Chick flick-August 1st and 2nd, course TBD

 BoD March Meeting-reformatting the website and forum and the type of information
dispensed
BSF-HUGE! Keen key sponsor. Keenfootwear.com and click the Hybrid life link …sign
up and select disc golf as one of your activity.

Hole sponsor at GNO, will be able to vend at the tournament and sell fundraiser discs.
Motion made and passed to purchase $50 tee sponsorship

RCO-concerns about time dedicated to organizing tournament considering the time and
effort expended to BSF. Needs to sign up PDGA, secure parks, need money! AM
tourney? One day PDGA tournament?

Next Meeting? Need a banquet room…suggestions? Old Market Pub check minors?

April 18, 9-11 Clinic, 11-1 Community Day, 1-3 Bag Tag at Leverich

Tuesday Twos starts April 21st at Orchard…great for new players! Ask Stumptown to
provide a bounty, CTP a week, membership-motion made to donate a one time $70
bounty. Motion made to amend to $100, passed. $100 made and approved.

Encourage to pick up trash…set a good example. (Get SOLV)
