Article 93 bis* (0) Notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 91, 92 and 93 above:

(I) A State whose governnlent the General Assembly of the United Nntions has recommended be debarred from membership in international agencies established by o r brought into relationship with the United Nations shall automatically cease t o b e a member of the International Civil Aviation Organization;
(2) A State which has been expelled from nletnbership in the United Nations shall automatically cease t o b e a member of t h e International Civil Aviation Organization unless the General Assembly of t h e United Nations attaches t o its a c t of expulsion a recomn~endation t o t h e contrary.
(b) A State which ceases t o b e a member of t h e International Civil Aviation Organization a s a result of t h e provisions of paragraph (0) above may, after approval by the General Assen~bly of t h e United Nations, b e readmitted t o the lnternational Civil Aviation Organization upon application and upon approval by a majority of the Council.
(c) Members of t h e Organization which a r e suspended f r o m t h e exercise of t h e rights and privileges of n~embership in t h e United Nations shall, upon the request of the latter, besuspended from t h e rights and privileges of membership in this Organization.

6) Un Estado q u e deje d e ser nliembro d e la Organizacibn d e Aviocion Civil International c o m o resultado d e lo dispuesto en el p i r n ~ f o a) q u e antecede, puede, previil aprobncibn de la Asamblea General de ias Naciones Unidas, ser reacl~nitido en la 0rganiz:tcion de Avi;xi6n C'i\ i l Internacional n ~ e d i a n t e solicitud y c o n la nprobncion d e la mayoria del Consejo.
