A global ICON
Battersea Power Station is one of the worlds most famous buildings and is at the heart of Central Londons most visionary and eagerly anticipated new development.
The very site which provided power for two generations now empowers yet another. It once created the energy that enabled people to live, work and entertain in the city, supplying a fifth of Londons demand. Now, it will provide the space for them to do the same.

A cultural POWERHOUSE
Ever since opening, the iconic backdrop of Battersea Power Station has proved to be a versatile cultural canvas. From Pink Floyd to Batman and from fashion catwalks to art from the Serpentine Gallery, the venue was, is, and always will be a focus for music, film, fashion and art.
For the 29 years since its closure, the unmistakable silhouette of Battersea Power Station has lured the cream of global culture into its mighty and powerful frame. The Power Station has seen Batman unfurling his cape in the main turbine halls for The Dark Knight and hosted the filming of The Kings Speech, marketing happenings for Nike and The Simpsons; launch parties and charitable challenges all to keep the building and wider area full of life and energy.
