Ng mihi nui ki a koutou Greetings to you all Our school production Snow Off-White is now full steam ahead! We aim to involve as many students as we can; there are many students performing on stage as part of the cast plus dancers, performance choir and band and, just as importantly, the behind the scenes crew in charge of the back stage, technical crews and front of house people as well. The school production is a major undertaking requiring many extra hours from the students involved and also the staff who give up their time to ensure the production is a success for our students. I would like to thank everyone involved including the parents and friends of the school who have offered to help in any way they can. It really is a team effort and your help is very much appreciated! Our Food Extension Group, under the guidance of Mrs Dainty have created an amazing cake which is to be raffled during the course of the show. It is currently in the reception area, and visitors to the school have been highly complimentary that a group of students have created such a masterpiece. As part of the production, the Food Extension Group and Mrs Dainty provide supper on the evenings of the show for the audience to purchase during the interval break time. We would be very grateful if anyone is able to donate baking ingredients which can be used for the supper (eg: flour, butter, sugar, coconut, icing sugar, cocoa, sweetened condensed milk). Please contact the school office if you would like more information or donations can be dropped into the office at any time. We are currently asking for sponsorship to cover some of the many productions costs including script copyrights, equipment hireage, costumes, makeup etc. If you know of a business or organisation who may be interested in sponsoring our production by way of a donation or products that can be used in set design, costumes etc, please contact our school office on 889 6629.
