STEPS WHEN YOU ENROLL SOMEONE


Make sure they talk to NO ONE until trained properly. 1. Introduce them to THIS DOCUMENT!!! 2. Get them on training videos and our training call. 3. Connect them with 2 diamond or above leaders in upline. 4. Go over what to say. PRACTICE with upline. 5. Make contact list. 6. Destroy it. 7. Repeat. IMPORTANT---Plan out their first week for them. First 2-3 days training. Next 2 days contact 30 people on contact list. Set up their first meeting on their 5th day. Contact 30 more then have another meeting.

Helpful Tips (IMPORTANT)


Bradley Sarver- Hey team! Be VERY CAREFUL that you do not "slaughter" your warm market by
having a big mouth. BE HUMBLE right now!! Keep this low key, if you become Mr Verve cocky guy blasting this on FB and rambling about the HATERS at the very beginning, nobody will want to join this with you, I GUARANTEE. Keep this under the radar. Approach your friends excitedly, but with care and calculation. Dont be a Verve Know it all. Follow the SYSTEM, especially with your warm market. Some of you have been breaking this rule, its important that WE ALL hold each other accountable for this, if you see a team member making a mistake, help them fix it and do it the better way

-HOW TO DO HOME MEETINGS- (tips)


There should be a host and a guest. The guest is usually a gold or above. Someone who has made money and been in it awhile. 1. Host opens the audience up. Tells them to have an open mind. Introduces themselves and tell their story. Why they are in this. Than introduce the video. (young crusaders) Talk about who Alex and Brad are and what they have done. Than tell them to make sure and pay attention to the part where alex talks about how big it is going to be. Also make sure you ask them to turn off their cell phones. Also use this statement!! By the end of this meeting you will have received enough information for you to make a simple yes or no decision. After

So for the sake of my time and your time make sure you have asked enough questions to make a decision. - During the video EVERYONE needs to watch it!! Even brand partners. Act like you have never seen it before. Body language is important. Lean forward!! Dont be slouched and look bored. STAY OFF OF PHONES!!! Brand partners stay off of your phones. 2. Host come back up and introduce the guest. EDIFY your guest. Make them sound like a freaking god or goddess!! Talk them up!! Make the people feel privileged to even hear from them. - The guest can either be there in person, skype in, or be on the phone. Any of those work. - CREATE urgency!!! This is so important. - Participate and duplicate. Show up to meetings even if you dont have a prospect. - Small meetings are better! This needs to be personal. Talking to a frat of 100 people is not personal. Talking to 3-5 people is best. So dont worry about small meetings you are only 2 people away from this exploding. - Look for signs and connect with people!! If there is a skeptical person and than a person who during the meeting was pumped up and nodding his head and stuff go talk to him. Look for signs from people during the meeting. And the brand partners that are not talking can do this. - BEFORE the meeting create a party atmosphere. Play this video on the tv before and after meeting to create excitement. RELATIONSHIPSThis is a relationship business. You have to understand to have long term success this is the most important thing. Get to know your team and what they want. Every new member talk to. Dont call and say hey man Im in your upline let me know if you need anything. You have to ask them what their goals are. What they want from this. Why are they doing this. Than you have to let them know you will help them get there.

LEADERSYou have to build leaders. Work eighty percent of your time with 20 percent of the people. Its all about building relationships and leaders. 10 strong leaders is better than 200 people.

SELF EDUCATION- self education and development brings success. You will not get paid for an
amateur skill set. You have to learn and personally grow. Develop your skills every single day.

Dealing with EXCUSES-If they say they have no money. Than obviously this is something they need to do because whatever else they are doing isnt working. This is America go find the money. It is your job to help them find the money. Donate plasma. SALE something. Have a freaking garage sale. They have to see the importance and urgency so this excuse wont slow them down. Tell them to ask family!. Say hey dad, im going to change my life can you help me out. Ask 500 people for a dollar. Do something.. -They have no time. Than obviously this is for them. This is meant to produce time freedom. Thats why we do this. They can work an hour a day on this and eventually get out of what they are doing if they so choose to. These people also need this. - Make this the solution to all problems and excuses. - An excuse is actually the reason they SHOULD do vemma.

The biggest bonus the company has is getting your product for free. Running a free business. This is the key to getting people to stay in your business longer. Once you have customers buy 3 times the amount of QV of your auto delivery you get your product for free. Most of you are on a 2 pack auto delivery which is 120 QV. So once 360 QV of product is bought from CUSTOMERS only off of your website yours is free. What most people dont realize is that customers can increase your cycles dramatically. Remember to tell your customers they can get their product for free if they have 3x their product ordered also!!

Talking to Random PeopleJust be normal and have casual conversation. Ask a LOT of questions about them. Care about them and make vemma the answer to their problems. Find a way to bring it up. Ask them about work or whatever. Then just ask if they keep their options open to making money outside of whatever.
