Objective

Projects Undertaken
1. Oil & Natural Gas Corporation- Hazira Plant May 11 to June 11 ONGC is an Indian state-owned oil and gas company headquartered in New Delhi, India. It is one of the largest Asia-based oil and gas exploration and production companies, and produces around 77% of India's total crude oil production and around 81% of natural gas production. It is one of the largest publicly traded companies by market capitalization in India and has the largest profits of any Indian company. Completed the summer project in ONGCs Hazira plant in my specialized HR field. Getting the knowledge of whole HR standard process at ONGC Company. Several functions of HR like Recruitment & selection, Performance appraisal system, Training & development, Manpower planning, communication and Employees Relationship are learnt. SPARKLE is a gems and jewellery exposition organized by South Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SGCCI) to bring the buyers and sellers on the same platform. The Diamond Industry is one of the major industries of Surat and accounts for annual turnover of over Rs. 80,000 crore. There are three sections in the exhibition B2B, B2C, and Machinery. Exhibitors and visitors from across the world take part in this festival. Personally invited more than 150 business persons from Salem, Madurai, and Coimbatore. Presented details of Sparkle to more than 100 jewellery association members in Coimbatore. Managed the entire backend data of SGCCI for the exhibition. Did diligent follow ups of the invitees to ensure their presence. Managed the hospitality of visitors and made sure that they are comfortable. Achievement: The event was highly appreciated in the media and more than 20 of my invitees including the president of Coimbatore Jewellery Association turned up at the exhibition. 3. Reliance Broadcast Network Limited- 92.7 BIG FM Sept 10

Reliance Broadcast Network Limited is part of the Reliance ADA Group. One of Indias youngest media houses, it has grown at a steady pace and reckoned today amongst Indias leading media businesses. 92.7 BIG FM - the radio brand pioneered the spread of FM entertainment with the launch of its 45 station network, reaching out to over 200 million Indians. Identified and personally met more than 75 business houses in Surat to promote Big FM and their Diwali Package offer. Gave detailed presentations to the business owners to generate revenue Achievement- Was able to close 6 large deals for advertising through this promotion 4. Bajaj Allianz Jan 05

This has more than 1,200 branches across the country and deals in primarily unit linked, traditional, health, children and pension policies. Proposed policies to more than 50 individuals across Surat Understood the importance of relationship building and communication Achievement: Was able to sell 3 policies within a short span of 1 month
