ALL players must read and sign the release and waiver of liability. Players under 18 years of age must have the signature of a parent/guardian. I certify that I/my child is physically able to participate in the strenuous activity associated with this event. I assume all risks of injuries, known and unknown, which may result from participation and discharge ER Kicks 3v3 Soccer Tournament and all sponsors, partners, volunteers, as well as government entities from any and all actions and claims of liability for personal injury of property damage.

Rules
Each team must complete a registration form and each player must sign the release and waiver of liability. Teams will consist of maximum of four players. Players can register for an older age division but not a younger division. Games consist of two 10 minute halves. Two game elimination. Each team is guaranteed a minimum of two games. Each registered player will receive a t-shirt. Awards will be given to the champion teams in each division. Complete rules will be sent via email to team contact person upon receipt of registration and payment. Bracket determination is based on age on oldest team member. Age as of August 1, 2013 determines grouping. For example, a player who does not turn 12 until after August 1st will be considered a U12 player.
