Route Performance*
The Route 101 PT Trolley will be considered effective for its service performance by meeting or exceeding performance in all three main service performance standards: passengers per service hour, passengers per revenue mile, and cost recovery. We also monitor other performance measures such as ridership and the percent of change, passenger per trip, and net cost per passenger.
Is the Route 101 PT Trolley meeting the demonstration service performance standards? One element of an effective demonstration project is route productivity.
