National Geographic Geography Bee Who would like a shot at winning a $25,000 scholarship, a free trip to Washington DC and starring on national television? If this sounds like something you would like to do start studying your geography and prepare to give it your all on the National Geographic Geography Bee. Edna Hill is Edna Hill Middle School Parents entering the Bee and looking to advance one student on to the state and national competition. Back to School Night- Thursday, August 8th We would like to invite all families to Back to School Night on Thursday, August 8h at 6:00 pm. Zero period classes such as Band will begin at 5:53pm. This is a wonderful time for you to meet your childs teachers and learn about Edna Hill values and classroom systems. We look forward to seeing all families on Thursday night at 6:00 pm! ***We will also hold an Inclusion 101 meeting for families of students with IEPs at 5:30 and/or 7:30 pm in Room 28. Please refer to the Back to School Night Schedule in your communication folder this week for more information. School Pictures- Thursday, August 8th Our 2013-2014 school pictures are this Thursday, August 8h. All students will be taking their pictures during their PE classes. Please bring your best BOBCAT smile!! Back to School BBQ- Friday August 16th! EHMS Parents Club invites all Edna Hill families to our Back to School BBQ on Friday, August 16th at 6:00 pm. There will be hamburgers and hot dog meals available with pre-sold tickets for $5. All pre-order forms are due by Thursday, August 8th. Parents Club is now selling tickets and order forms are available in the PC Pawprint Newsletter or the Main Office. We will also have carnival games, music, and fun for the whole family. Come out to celebrate the Bobcat Way and kick off a great 13-14 school year!
