From the Art Room:

I want to thank everyone for the support of the
Square 1 Art fundraiser. Drum roll please....
4th grade won the competition this year with
the most orders! They will get to do an extra
clay project after the first of the year.
Congratulations 4th graders!
The Square 1 Art orders should be arriving
soon. They will be sent home with your child
unless otherwise arranged. If you have
questions regarding The Square One Art
please call Deb in the office.

A Note from Mr. Field:

Dear Parents,
I hope that you each enjoyed some quality family time over
Thanksgiving break with your
families. Thank you again for
your support of our PE Cares
Can Drive. As a result of your
giving, our school brought in
2,680 items (a new school
record!) that went to help
families in our community!
As the calendar now flips to
December we are busy gearing
up for the next holiday and how
we can incorporate our better
together theme into the
Christmas season. As a way
spread hope, and provide a
hands on opportunity for our
students to live out our theme
our school is adopting two local
families to provide them with
Christmas presents.
In our lobby you will see a Christmas tree with several ornaments
on it. Each ornament has an item that can be purchased for a family. If
youd like to participate please take an ornament (take the top tag with
you) and fill out the second tag to leave in the office. Once you have
purchased and wrapped the gift please attach the tag to the gift and
return it to the office by Wednesday, December 14. Thank you for
considering partnering with us to live out our better together theme
and support those in our community during this holiday season.
Have a wonderful weekend,

Welcome Mrs. Dombrowski!

I began maternity this past Wednesday. I am
so happy to have Karen Dombrowski filling in
for me. Karen shared with the students they
can call her Mrs. D. Mrs. D was a former
teacher at Bauer. Most currently she
completed a long term sub position in the 4th
grade at Bauer and has taught some art classes
at the Homeschool Center Building.

Mrs. D will be doing the clay unit with our students when we get
back from break. We are in need of paper bowls for our clay projects
this year for ALL of the 4th and 5th graders. If you are able to donate
some it would be greatly appreciated!!
I am planning on being back January 25. I'm excited to see the
fabulous art the kids worked hard on when I am away and I look
forward to creating more with your amazing kids.
May everyone have a Blessed Holiday Season!

Mrs. Anderson
