    The goal of the Novi Pompon Program is to develop student-athletes of excellence in academics, athletics, and character. We foster a culture that develops and promotes the ideals of integrity, an indomitable spirit, humility, perseverance, dedication, and teamwork. While we seek to perform at the highest level, our principle focus is developing young adults of high caliber who represent the Novi Pompon Program, Novi High School, and the community in an exemplary manner.
