Achievements of the Project
The adolescent of different Kaishor Mancho took some initiatives
in their ward area. Such as- campaign of birth registration, steps
of clean environment, protects early marriage etc.
Adolescent try to solve their problem on their own view.
In this period the adolescent know some awareness issues in
briefly. The issues are- primary health care, adolescent period,
HIV/AIDS, rights etc.
The adolescent try to make a relationship with the City
Corporation ward office.
The adolescents of different Kaishor Mancho took some
initiatives of immunization in their ward area.
They raise their voice to protect violence against girls with the
help of local community
Implementation label
Participation:
The voice of adolescent is nice. Most of the adolescent are participate in
dialogue process.
Process:
The adolescent and the focal person follow the process steps.
Content related learning process and sharing of knowledge: Nice
Friendly use of participatory tools:
Adolescent uses participatory tools very friendly. They completed
some PRA in the field.
Implementation of action plan:
In the seventh month the adolescents took some action point such as
early marriage, dowry, birth registration campaign, immunization etc.
Assessment of participants’ progress:
In the time of group works most of the adolescent express their opinions
about the subject. In the previous month all of the members of group
was not active to participation in subject discussion. The adolescent
discussed about the subject usually. The group takes some steps to
aware the family label in Peer Approach.
Implementation label
Overall performance of the focal person:
The focal person of the Kaishor Mancho are not compilation all kinds of
data which are very important to show the overview the subject. In
the field give feedback to the focal person. The linkage with other
community label is too poor. So guardians of the adolescents not
interested to play a role to build up Adolescent platform in ward area.
This is very essential to buildup the linkage to others community
people.
Function of the Advisory committee:
The advisory committee of all the Kaishor Mancho is not active. The
members of advisory committee try to buildup a social awareness
about this program.
Interaction with the guardians:
Communication of the guardians label from Kaishor Mancho is not
increased very boldly but it increased in some ward area. The
guardians of the adolescents try to understand the programs. After
completing 07 months of the programs the supporting from
community label is not significant but the approach of the community
label is positive.
Implementation label

Interaction with adolescent dropped out from the center:


The adolescent of Kaishor Mancho is drop out from school and the
school going. In this perspective adolescent have good scope to
sharing their experience in different label adolescents. All of the
Kaishor Mancho demanded to continue support in cultural
activities. Some Kaishor Mancho organized cultural activities in
some aware issue in the society.
Discussion with advisory committee:
The compilation report didn’t send the actual time from which
indicate of the project plan. So, from the secretariat have no
organized any dialogue with stakeholder. In the month of October
this is very essential to organize dialogue with advisory label.
Activity wise brief description
w Protect in adolescent period: Adolescent aware
the society on meeting and group discussion for
protect them in adolescent period.
w Linkage between other organization:
Adolescent try to buildup their linkage with
different service provides organization.
w Cultural Team: Some of the center made a
cultural team for awareness in different issues. In
this way they play different drama and local songs
in their area.
Lesson Learnt
y The adolescents are interested to express their
feelings, opinions and experience in the information
dialogue process. But the scope is limit.
y The direct interaction between adolescents and
related stakeholders is useful one to explore the real
situation in respect of adolescents rights exercise.
y It is necessary to active the community leaders,
influential persons and local youth club so that they
adopt the collective initiatives to solve the
community level problem.
y It is necessary to initiate life skill, ARH related
session with parents since they are also not informed
about the issue.
Future plan
y Involved community with sustainable plan through
community led approach.
y Strengthen capacity of the adolescents on right
issues and campaign techniques so that they will be
able to play a role as social advocate.
y Develop capacity of local youth and involve them
with creative development process and social action.
y Strengthen linkage with local government especially
Ward office for institutionalize the adolescent
program.
y Strengthen capacity of community based watch
group(Advisory Committee) for protecting
adolescents from violence.
y IGA activities support and develop monitoring
mechanism for to utilized the IGA activities.
