DIGITAL NATIVES AND DIGITAL IMMIGANTS.

Technology has become a very important part of our life, because we all are living in a world full of technology and new inventions, but one important question that we should make is, how technology affects our life? Or how technology affects the way we interact with others? Because many people may think that they cannot live with out technology and they became dependent on it. Another question could be how technology has affected the way of teaching or the way we learn? We can see that the students of this generation are so different from the past ones, because now, students has the possibility to learn throw technology, thing that the students from the past did not have, but is technology really helping them? Well it depends on the use they make of technology, because technology offers a lot of tools that students can use for make their homework easier. But there is one problem with it because most of the teachers in our schools are not used to those technological stuff, so how is it going to be a technological interaction between the teacher and the student if they are not speaking the same technological language. It could be difficult for teachers to try to teach their students something that they do not know, and that is why teachers have to keep in touch with technology and the changes that it has. Most of the teachers think that technology cannot help students and that is why they prefer to teach with old methods because they think that it is the correct way to teach, but that is not true things have changed a lot not only the way we learn but the way we behave and the the way we dress, everything has changed and with the arrived of technology things changed even more, so that is why we have to take advantage of this an use the technology for our benefice, but not everybody thinks like this and maybe it is because some people are afraid of all those changes and they do not want to leave their comfort zone, but in order to improve the way we teach and the way we learn we have to be open to all those changes. With all technological changes and all those new devices the students of this generation think and do the things in a different way, because now students have many tools that they can use and they can do things faster with this tool and teachers have to be open to all those things and apply all these new stuff to the way they teach so they can understand better their students and interact with them through technology and it would make their both work easier.
