Parsons has the people and power to move the world. Opportunity Parsons is seeking an Associate Bridge Design Engineer for highway and rail transit bridges. The successful candidate will have a bachelors degree, and preferably a graduate degree, emphasizing structural analysis and design. In addition, an internship or professional experience in the design of highway or rail structures would be very helpful. You will prepare and check engineering calculations and drawings as well as interface with CAD designers, other engineers and subcontractors. Keys to your success will be your engineering acumen and your open-minded desire for mastering the challenges of steel and concrete bridge design. Requirements

BS degree in civil or structural engineering, MS degree highly desired 0 to 3 years of bridge design experience that could include an internship or professional work experience Working knowledge of CAD and typical structural design and analysis software tools A plan to achieve professional engineer licensure
