A. State of the ART School Complex to include a Recreation Center: Review past master plan and revised to include a State of the Art Recreation Center to accommodate a Senior Center and Revenue generating tournaments and activities. We could fund some of the complex via state and local funding, private and corporate funding, naming rights and bond issues. B. Building of New Fire Station(s):

One of our existing fire stations has a trailer for the sleeping quarters for our fire fighters. I will fight to get new station(s) for this group who serve us. It is not fair that they their living quarters is outside in a trailer due to a health issue. C. Career and Job Generation: I will engage local, regional, national and global companies to relocate and/or establish factory and service centers. I will promote the assets that North Ridgeville and Lorain county have to National/International Shipping logistics via our Great Lakes, highway, rail and air. Locally and regionally we are within miles of a number of Institutions of Higher Education that train and educate in the areas of health, technology and business. 17.Whether for past accomplishments or future goals, why should voters elect you? I have been a successful corporate executive professional who has worked for two of the top ten financial institutions in the United States for over 30 years. I have served with a number of NonProfits as a Board member and volunteer. I have served on a number of cross functional leadership teams during the acquisition and mergers of a number of banks. I have managed multimillion dollar budgets and saved institutions millions of dollars via increased efficiencies. I've been recognized for increased ratings based on gallup poll ratings. I have a giant network of professionals and citizens that can be engaged to make things happen. I have formal and professional experience in working and leading small and large projects. I have mentored and positioned a number of my former employees in succession planning, who now have key positions in corporate America. I have served as a internal auditor, risk and compliance manager, consultant, operations manager and account reviewer to name a few. I've traveled the world and have a global view and experience in positioning and taking this North Ridgeville to the next level.
