Introduction to DriveConfigurator What is DriveConfigurator?

Introduction to DriveConfigurator
What is DriveConfigurator?
DriveConfigurator is the ideal online tool for reliable and fast selection of drive components. DriveConfigurator is accessed from the DriveGate customer portal. With a few clicks, you can select the right drive for your application, with all the necessary documentation and information, and add it to a shopping basket. You can send your configured products directly to your sales contact as an inquiry, or you can save them as a template in the DriveGate customer portal.

1.2

How do customers benefit from DriveConfigurator?

The DriveConfigurator offers the following advantages: Simple and guided online configuration of drives Individual adaptation thanks to user options for CAD formats, search tolerances, and region-specific measurement systems 3D preview of your configured product More efficiency thanks to storing existing inquiries as templates After completing the product selection, you can download all the documentation available for your product (spare part lists, wiring diagrams, dimension sheets, CAD). Following online product inquiry, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with all the technical data of the product as well as links to the matching documentation. You can add your own texts to the inquiry (e.g.a customer material number or other comments / special requests).
