COLLEGE FOOTBALL WEEEK 9

@Pirate_Brian

NOTES: Another hot week. Absolutely cursing though this college football gambling season. For the last 3 weeks I was planning for a big play on Maryland covering at home vs. Clemson this Sat, but cant pull the trigger with MDs 2 playmaking WRs out and done for the year. The Houston cover vs. BYU LW was a big cover and would have been huge if Houston could have pulled out nd the W outright, scoring the OVER preseason bet for 6 wins. Im worried Maryland flames out the 2 half of the season and doesnt get me the 2 more W s I need to hit their over. We will see. Im torn about PSU this weekend. I dont like OSU covering large #s but this is a game PSUs lack of depth haunts them. Ill get it out before the game.Fuck the NCAA. All over CUSA and the Sun Belt this weekend. Monster teaser of the year coming in also. Get Up. Saturday Noon Wake Forest +24 at Miami This is a ton of points. Wake has a stringy defense that is allowing on average 14 ppg if you do not include their field raping verses Clemson. Stephen Morris looks terrible and the Canes are banged up (Top RB and WR questionable) with 2 huge games coming up (Fla. St and Virginia Tech). Miami wont be blowing out Wake. Miami 21 Wake Forest 13 Saturday 3:30 PM Tulsa at Tulane +3 I wasnt planning on playing this game but I refuse to not throw money on these Tulane gangbangers as home dogs. I feel like this is the week to jump off the Wave as Tulsa annual blasts them (Tulsa has won 8 straight by 24+ in each game) but Tulsas QB is the CUSA equivalent to a drunker Chad Henne throwing picks left and right. Tulanes D is creating turnovers left and right this year. Im going to regret playing this game I can tell but Ive been on the Wave for all 4 upsets this year so far and ill attempt th the 5 . Cant refuse the Wave. Tulane 24 Tulsa 23 Saturday 4 PM Troy St +10 at W. Kentucky WKU is too bi-polar to be favored by double digits. They cant keep leads and are super inconstant. Troy has the killer pass game, not Big Wheel Bobby Petrinos pimp squad who could be shuffling QBs. This is soo easy, taking the points. WKU 31 Troy 30 Saturday 5 PM UAB +8 at Texas-San Antonio Huh? These teams are dead even, UAB might even be better after UTSA flamed out past few weeks. UABs defense is a sieve but they have a pretty good and reliable offense (can run and pass equally effectively). UTSA cant create a turnover and has yet to get an interception in 7 games. Points are being took. UAB 28 UTSA 25 Saturday 6 PM Louisiana Tech at FIU +6.5 Taking the points in a game between two dreadful teams that dont do much well. FIU senior QB Jake Medlock came back from injury last week and looked really good (threw for 300+ yards running a shit offense). Freshman RB Silas Spearman has been running the ball well for FIU and LA Techs run defense is garage sale quality. This game has all the markings of a field goal game. Really like FIU to win at home and Im all over getting points. FIU 23 LA Tech 20 Saturday 7 PM S. Alabama at Texas State +2 A solid offense versus a good defense. I like the good defense getting points at home in a close game. Texas St 21 S. Alabama 19 Saturday 7:30 PM Florida Atlantic +24 at Auburn Auburn will be Calico Jack hung-over from the upset at A&M last Saturday. FAU has a very good defense (Top 30 nationally) with a good front 7 and solid CB play. Auburn will struggle to pass the ball but the run game should be open, taking time off the clock and stretching out drives. FAU is coming of a bye after playing well the past two weeks. FAU is 2-5 but could easily be 5-2 due to a few missed field goals and last second plays. Auburn 26 FAU 10 8 Team- 7 Point Teaser (MONSTER TEASER OF THE YEAR) Buffalo +7, Louisville -13, Virginia Tech -6 , SMU -7 , Wake +31 , Texas +9.5, Air Force +27, Fresno State (Pick),
