A leading player in the Indian credit card market, SBI Cards is a joint venture between State Bank of India, the country's oldest and largest bank, and GE Capital to offer Indian consumers extensive access to a wide range of world-class, value-added payment products and services. The partnership is operated through 2 joint-venture companies - SBI Cards & Payment Services Pvt. Ltd., which focuses on the marketing and distribution of SBI Cards and GE Capital Business Processes Management Services Pvt. Ltd., which handles the technology and processing needs of SBI Cards. With a current customer base of over 2.1 million, SBI Cards operates through a footprint of 22 cities in India (not including the reach of our remittances, delivery and collections infrastructure).
Position1: Assistant Manger Sales Function

Minimum Requirements: Experience Level min 1year preference 2+ year Experience with Companies like Banks; NBFC; FMCG; Hotel; Hospitality industry Big Organization Good Understanding of Retail/Channel Sales; should have exposure to Relationship Management Excellent communication skills and local market understanding Knowledge: Direct Sales, Customer Acquisition through sourcing mix and 2yrs exp. in Team Handling Location: Pune/Bangalore /Mumbai/ Jaipur/ Chandigarh/Chennai/Rajahmundry/Hyderabad

Job Descriptions Responsible for sourcing through relationship management of Co-Branded/Partnership credit cards in the city /region through multiple alliance partnerships with strategic business partners.

Responsible for Sales and Product Mix targets, encompassing the basic numbers as assigned in the business plan, to build up a profitable portfolio Will be managing a team of Relationship Managers, Sales Associates & MIS executives for implementing marketing & sales operational activities for achieving sales and product mix targets.

Salary Slab:

INR 500,000 INR 650,000 + Incentives+ Telephone Reimbursements+ Local Conveyance allowances
