Re: Saints v. Jets, November 3, 2013

Dear Ms. Landi, I am writing to thank you and your colleagues for everything you did to make my experience at the Saints/Jets game so enjoyable and memorable. As you may already know, a friend of mine had received club level tickets in section 239 as a gift, and he took several other friends and me to the game against the Saints. While I was in that section, a Jets representative approached me and asked to see my ticket. We soon realized that there were two tickets issued for the seat I was in. He returned a few minutes later and told me that both sets of tickets for that seat were legitimate, and I was being moved to a different section, the MetLife 50 Club. While he was accompanying me to the MetLife 50 Club, the representative was pleasant, friendly, and clearly prioritized my enjoyment of the game. I had entered the stadium earlier than my friend, and my friend was not with me. But the Jets representative suggested I reach out to my friend and ask him to meet me in the new section to make sure I would not be sitting alone for the remainder of the game. Unfortunately, I did not retain the name of this representative, but he was the one who brought me to meet you at the entrance to the MetLife 50 Club. I was very impressed with his demeanor, attentiveness, and devotion to the team. When we arrived at the MetLife 50 Club, you kindly gave me four tickets to that area. After I got in touch with my friend and met up with him at the MetLife 50 Club, I realized that my friend had been given six tickets for the club area, and in order for our group of five to stay together, we would need one more ticket. At that point, we found another helpful Jets representative who immediately emailed you from her phone. After a couple of minutes, she left our group but quickly returned with a whole new set of tickets for our entire group in the Coaches Club area. Once again, in the midst of the excitement of the game and the flurry of activity, I did not catch the name of this Jets representative. She did mention she handles ticket purchases for the players families, and, as noted above, she emailed you about our situation. She went above and beyond her duties by immediately reaching out to you and tending to our needs. She was efficient, polite, patient, and obviously very competent, and I sincerely appreciate her efforts yesterday.

Page 2 I am a diehard Jets fan who currently resides in Washington, DC. I am a season ticket holder (account# ), and I travel from DC for Jets home games. I have also traveled to multiple away games and have sat in subzero temperatures to watch my team in the playoffs. I have had the good fortune of having some wonderful sports experiences over the years, but few compare to being able to watch the Jets win from the Coaches Club and going onto the field afterwards. I just want to express my gratitude to you and your colleagues for all that you did yesterday to allow me to enjoy this game. All of you represented the Jets organization incredibly well with your professionalism and stellar customer service, and fans like me notice and appreciate your hard work.
