ALL AGREED

1. Condemns the nuclear test conducted by the DPRK on 12th February,2013;


2. Requests Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea to freeze all its on- going development programmes with regard to nuclear weapons, in exchange of protection under the nuclear umbrella as provided for by resolution 255 of the United Nations Security Council;

3. Invites Member States a) to support the process of inter-Korean dialogue that would take place at Panmunjom on the aspects of trade and commerce, civilian infrastructure and economic co-operation twice a year with a minimum gap of 6 months between each meeting as such meetings will help in building relations between various government organizations of Republic of Korea and DPRK. b) to support re-conciliation talks between the Ministry of Unification representing Republic of Korea and the Ministry of Unification DPRK by suggesting methods that may contribute to peace and security in the Korean peninsula.
5. Demands that a Peace Treaty be established between Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea and Republic of Korea, in the following manner: a. Under the preview of an advisory body set up by the UNSC and consisting of three present and two past judges of the International Court of Justice. b. The Peace Treaty to be established within six months from the enforcement of this resolution c. The talks for the treaty to begin within 20 days from the enforcement of the resolution in Geneva, Switzerland; 6. Urges Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea to return to the Six Party Talks involving Russian Federation, United States of America, Peoples Republic of China, Japan and Republic of Korea, on the failure of the peace treaty mentioned in clause 5, in the following manner; a. the talks to be held in Switzerland, the start of which to be determined by UNSC on a later date; With a view to the following:

a) enhancing communication among the military agencies in the Korean Peninsula. b) enhancing transparency with regards to the nuclear program of DPRK. c) Analyzing the impact of sanctions placed by the UNSC on the DPRK.

7. Appreciates the establishment of Kaesong Industrial Region by the bilateral co-operation between Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea and Republic of Korea; 8. Encourages Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea and Republic of Korea to take measures that enhance economic relations such as

a. setting up industrial parks in the Kosong Count in the Kangwon province as it is a port on the DPRKs eastern coast as it closer to the ship lanes between Japan and Singapore, b. import-export of metallurgical products and minerals of DPRK, cultural relations through a. artists, b. academics and partnerships among a. medical experts, b. agricultural experts and c. nutritional experts of both nations in order to improve the people-to-people relations between DPRK and Republic of Korea;
Demands that any further military exercises in and around the Korean Peninsula to be frozen till a consensus is achieved, with respect to all the military exercises in the Korean Peninsula, between United Sates of America, Republic of Korea and the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea through a trilateral agreement, the negotiations of which to be held from 3 months from the sanction of this resolution, in Geneva; 10. Endorses the official end to the Armistice Agreement of 1953 11. Demands the uplifment of all economic sanctions inposed on the Democratic Peoples Reublic of Korea in the following resolutions: a. Resolution 825 (1993) b. Resolution 1540 (2004) c. Resolution 1695 (2006) 0d. Resolution 1718 (2006) e. Resolution 1874 (2009)

f. Resolution 1887 (2009) g. Resolution 2087 (2013) h. Resolution 2094 (2013) 12. Authorizes the establishment of a compliance body working in coordination with the government of the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea, consisting of the representatives from United States of America, Russian Federation, Japan, Peoples Republic of China, Republic of Korea with the following agenda to check the compliance of DPRK towards maintenance of international peace and security after the up -liftment of sanctions in clause 9 above. Also asks for submission of a monthly report by the compliance body aforementioned;

2. Demands further that the DPRK return at an early date to the NPT and implement all of its obligations including, but not limited to, the inspections of nuclear plants in the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea;

RUSSIAN-DPRK BLOCK 2. Requests the government of the Republic of Korea to abide by its policy of By our nation itself, as mentioned in the 15th June 2000 Joint Declaration of Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea and Republic of Korea; 3. Demands that the United States of America remove the following elements of the 7th Fleet in the following phased manner: a. to remove all nuclear, chemical and biological armaments from the Asia Pacific region within six months of enforcement of this resolution b. to remove all submarines and all underwater arms from the Asia Pacific Region within one year from the enforcement of this resolution;
