    Develop and monitor the implementation of production scheme, identify potential suppliers, plan the harvesting period for respective commodities, entrance product development, to ensure those production targets are met within a profitable and competitive limit in the agro business industry.

    1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. Prepare work program and gain approval from the Head of Department. Organize and supervise the daily operational activities in the Agri Department. Hold regular meeting with the direct reports to overcome any technical problems. Ensure all processing problem. Negotiate with suppliers in production price and schedule. Regularly visit the suppliers in various places. Increase product knowledge and any possibilities of innovation in productions. Motivate and educate the farmers in the extension scheme with sufficient knowledge of technical culture.
