3.2 Justification of the Topic:


Pakistan is a de(eloping co!ntry "here h!man rights "ork is limited and the e)isting h!man rights net"ork is not so de(eloped* +here is a dire need of raising h!man rights iss!es in the co!ntry at grass roots le(el, -!t the capacity of comm!nity -ased organi#ations and s!pport ./0s to promote h!man rights empo"erment is "eak, mainly d!e to lack of h!man rights a"areness and -asic organi#ational skill* +he need is to initiate acti(ities "ith the emphasis on minorities1 rights, "omen1s rights, c!lt!re of peace and tolerance, com-ating terrorism and other s!ch iss!es -y "orking together "ith the international organi#ations and the go(ernment of Pakistan in a coordinated manner* 2n today1s Pakistan the (ario!s shades of intolerance i*e* religio!s, ethnic, c!lt!ral ca!sed in the recent past the latest manifestation3 political intolerance* +he need is to kno" a"areness le(el a-o!t h!man rights and citi#enship among the yo!th in &aha"alp!r City* &eca!se yo!th is considered to -e -ack-one of the society, normally it is tho!ght that yo!th is "ell a"are a-o!t their rights and responsi-ilities* 2f yo!th is not a"are a-o!t the h!man right then no co!ntry "ill make progress in the f!t!re* We "ill try to the gain information a-o!t the le(el of a"areness a-o!t the h!man rights and citi#enship in the yo!th* 2t "ill also -e researched that either they kno" the responsi-ilities of good citi#en or they are f!lfilling their responsi-ilities* 2f e(ery one kno"s a-o!t their rights than e(ery"here 4!stice and there are no discrimination* 2n shot selection of this topic and its st!dy pro(ides !s information a-o!t the a"areness le(el a-o!t the h!man rights among yo!th and responsi-ility as "ell as -eing good citi#en*
