The knight in rusty armor has got not only many very interesting parts that show us different types of situations. Symbolic elements can be found which resemblance different aspects of our lives. First of all, the armor represents how we are around people, since there are always new situations where we need to have a different attitude towards people, we show one side of us, in this case the knight used that armor in order to feel more powerful and capable to do things he thought we would have not able to without his armor. It shows as well that there is this constant concern for things that are not so important and how we leave them to lead the course of our lives, The knight in this case, seeing himself in a dilemma had to take a hard decision as it was at that moment to quit to what he was at that moment, to that comfort he had and the respect obtained by others, yes, he had to give to what he felt he was at that moment. After the knight realized he needed to do something, as most of us do at a certain point, he tried to find a solution and in desperation, he looked for solutions and knew right away he needed a little break to do what he needed to do. And new people and things we have not seen or appreciated before might appear on the way as we walked through life and they can become crucial in the pursuit of happiness or whatever we are looking for, and they can lead us to a better place, situation, or even something more permanent such as a new life as the squirrel and pigeon helped the knight and of course Merlin too. Once identified what the knight wanted to do and what was he was required to do and even if this sounds like a very simple thing to do, it took more than what he had ever imagined, and learned that in life, expectations can lead you to disappointment. Nevertheless the hard work pays off, so if you really know how to get the best out of the opportunities life gives you, you will find your new self or as Merlin would have said, the

you that was always there and the one you never took the time to realize was there all the time. In conclusion Most of us pretend being one thing, or become in the way in what other want us to be, instead of looking for being happy for who we truly are and I believe that is what the author of this little book tried to tell us, not to live up to expectations by wasting chances to get to be happy, it starts always in ourselves, in who we are. We are the only ones that need to be happy first in order to make the ones we love to be happy too. There is more than recognition from others, there is a lot more than a certain image we can project, it is the inner us that is going to define us as individuals, it is yourself the only that is going to define your future, take a leap, but also take a break once in a while to see what you can get and realize what you might been missing. Go beyond of what mind tell you to do. Feel, live, and stop wasting what God has given you, a precious gift called LIFE.
