DescriptionoftheprocessyoufollowedtogenerateyourBusinessModel

A business model is simple to create, it serves to innovate or improve your business, workwithyourteamestablishingaprocessofquestionsandinsightsbasedona structure of 9 phases. The process is to answer each of the questions in each phase to delimitthebusinessmodel.Wegatherasteamandtalkofconsiderationsthatweshould

1. Customer Segments, istowhomourbusinessistargetedatspecifically.Theyaretheones whouseourproductorservice.Weofferourservicetopeopleinneed, communities where educationisnotveryaccessible. 2. ValueProposition, what are weoffering? whatare our customerlookingfor, andwhatcan we offer them, in a new way or unique way, to make it more likeable. In our case is education, makingitmoreaccessibleandofferingitanewway. 3. Channels, are the wayhow wewilldeliver or convey our value proposition. Throughwhich channels are we goingto reach our customers or clients. Throughcommunications, sales force, direct distribution? We thought we could do this by organizingcampaigns toraise

awarenessaboutwhatwearedoing. 4. Customer Relationship, is to define what kind of relationship we will offer toourclient or customer segments and know which relationship are they expecting to establish and maintain with us?From these, whichisthemostappropriatetoourmodel?Definetheway our business will be linked to its clients: personal assistance, selfservice, automated service, through a community, through a relationship of cocreation. We offer assistance andclassestopeoplewhoneedsit. 5. Revenue Streams, what our customers are willing to pay?, Where the income for our business will come from? Will it be a fee for the payment of a license orjustfromdirect sales of our product or service. Determine which is the best alternative to our business. Since we areoffering freeservices wethought we couldget incometosustaintheproject byrealizingfundraisers. 6. Key Resources, determinewhichresourceswe require to offer and deliver our productor service, will weneed people, machines, externalor internal services, financing? We need educationalmaterials, likepencils, books, notebooks, blackboards, etc. 7. Key Activities, are the activities or actions required to deliver our value proposition, Accordingly to the previous point, the activities focus on what you need to do with the resources described. KeyPartnership is to investigatewhatarewelookingforstrategicpartnershipstoadvance our business? Briefly, who will be helpful and without whom we cannot even think about jumpstart anything. Partners that could give us resources, for us this are mainly human resources, likeuniversities, they couldoffertheirstudents todelivertheirsocialservicesat ourteachingcamps. 9. Cost Structure is to make a detailed description of all costs that will be involved in the implementation ofour business.Definewhere toput the emphasisin terms ofinvestment.
