LATAM Updates
LATAM created an amazing marketing campaign for Music Day in Argentina. They provided a list of songs by popular artists one week prior to the event and had Facebook fans of Moviestar vote on which song they wanted to have for FREE. There were more than 500 likes and 20 shares on Facebook, along with over 1,000 votes online. One week after, Moviestar promoted a special phone number with the 5 winning songs which was FREE for both subscribers and non-subscribers. In two hours they received more than 80 telephone calls.

Sales Updates
We just launched a couple new features for the Sprint/Boost/VMU users. They now have a try and buy feature where customers can get a free month of RBT service and free content to use during that month. We also launched an auto-renew capability so that content will automatically be renewed for another 6 month license unless the customer specifically selects to opt-out from renewing. Both features are geared toward increasing users, usage and revenue. For the RBT Free Trial, we have secured some of the top name artists for free. Warner was the first label to join and gave us huge name artists like Blake Shelton and Sheryl Crow. Sony is a key player providing top seller content including Beyonce, Adele, J. Cole, One Direction, Miguel, Juicy J, Jake Owen,

MOBILE INNOVATIONS
Siren Music is in the process of integrating Believe Digital into their catalog. Believe Digital is known for their French content which we are hoping will appeal to our Quebec market

The Try & Buy program is coupled with the deployment of Auto Renew for both the subscription and content at the end of their respective free trial periods. ! Expectations are high this will lead to a significant uptick in the number of Ciara, Brad Paisley, John Legend, and many subscribers to the OML RBT music service through these Sprint brands more.

Product Updates
During the week of November 18 the global product team came together to finalize the global product strategy for the music and ringback products. Through independent research and perspective that spans the global regions, the team shared data on consumer profiles and demand for music, competitive analysis against services such as Hungama, Anghami, Spotify, and Rdio, as well as visions for compelling user experiences. For ringback, the team investigated the challenges that some markets still have in adopting ringback and looked at ways in which the offering can be reinvented to a whole new generation of consumers. General consensus trended towards offering content that extends beyond the realm of music like status updates, weather reports, and sports scores, as well as features which provide more value and interaction for subscribers of the service. The final view of the roadmap has been agreed upon amongst the team with input from the CFUs. Following engineering review, a fully-baked 2014 roadmap with feature timelines will be forthcoming by end of year along with new collateral that speaks to the visions of both

Gust Pay, a South African startup company recently created an app for the Rocking the Daisies Music Festival. This app allowed people to prepay and load money onto wristbands for the festival so that they would not run out of money and force the money to be used at the festival. All you have to do is swipe your wristband for payment. The app includes maps and directions for vendors tables as well which directs the wristband users to go to their tents and spend money. Here is a link to a video about the app: http:// w w w. y o u t u b e . c o m / w a t ch ? v = h V W 5 m u g - W 2 U (sources:http:// www.mobilepaymentstoday.com/article/221813/Startup-rocks-mobile-payments-wristband-atmusic-festival)

GOOGLE PLAY MUSIC DEBUTS IN APPLE APP STORE |

Google just launched its Google Play Music App. This unlimited music service differs from Spotify and Pandora in that there are no skip limits. Users can stream millions of songs in addition to adding up to 20,000 from their own personal libraries through Google Cloud. Additionally Google Play Music allows you to mix their music with your own in playlists so that you dont have to go digging for music you like that you already own on other devices. And of course it offers custom radio stations. This free app is currently offering up a 30 day free trial. After the trial the service is $10 per month. From reading reviews it looks like its denitely jumping ahead of the game beating out Spotify. HOSTED OPS & DELIVERY TEAM UPDATES

Working together, OML Delivery and Engineering teams developed and delivered a demo version of its Can-Can Android client and storefront to present the UI and service to AirTel as a comprehensive music solution. This involved the creation of a selfcontained backend, storefront, catalogue, and Android client package that was capable of presenting AirTel with an operational simulation of the feel, form, and function of the complete music platform. The storefront-in-a-box solution was designed, built, and delivered in little over two weeks resulting in an effective and well received presentation of OnMobile product and capabilities and the invitation by AirTel to continue with development of a product they may implement.
