Handled roughly 5,000 name appeals each week from Google Plus enforcing Googles policy Collaborated with team members to handle over 30,000 weekly appeals, with a turnaround time of under 5 days Proactively took on responsibility of producing weekly, monthly, and quarterly team metrics for management which analyzed data from the name, age, impersonation, and profile appeal queues Evaluated and analyzed Metrics on the appeal process giving visibility to agent performance, productivity, and team accuracy, which leading to Google Plus policy changes Communicated between various product quality teams to identify, send, and process ConOps policy requirements to Google Plus consumer accounts

Researched particular color palettes and images that would most successfully appeal to all college students to increase the exposure and attention to promotional designs Assigned each graphic design to promotional flyers or website design to ensure the maximum effectiveness of each image Used Adobe Photoshop with one other team member to manipulate original sketches into detailed graphic designs Co-created a logo that aesthetically best represented the journal, the journals mission statement, and undergraduate UC Berkeley psychology students as a whole

AUG 2012 - DEC 2012 Constructed and proposed a scientific study to analyze the effects of gender on the encoding and recall of autobiographical narratives through the experience of watching a film Searched, reviewed, and extracted data from numerous journal archives to analyze previous findings and establish a basic foundation for the methods section of the study Formulated an emotional number-scale to quantify and measure both male and female subjects personal narratives Proposed to give a survey at the beginning of the study as well as six weeks later to precisely track the changes that occurred between encoding and recall and ensure consistency
Converted the study proposal into an APA research paper which resulted in positive feedback from academic mentors
