The mayor has stolen well over $100,000 a year on top of his $40,000 salary, and hes given the citys millions to thieving employees and contractors whove created a $9 million deficit. East Cleveland is his last hope for a job. This wannabe master thief is betting voters are dumb enough to re-elect him!

In less than four years Norton has illegally pocketed more than $500,000 in extra benefits on top of the $40,000 a year he was legally authorized to be paid. Some officials believe the extra half million dollars is just the tip of the iceberg. I believe the number could be as high as an extra $1 million, said resident and government investigator Jon Davis.
